Type it into your google maps. There are like 10 in and around Denver. There are three of them along I-70 on your way to grand junction. Prolly like 20 total in the state.
I don't know why but there's always a Culver's within a short driving distance wherever I live. Was elated to find out CO has Culver's and I was an 8 minute drive from the nearest.
Taking my mom out to dinner in Golden. Any recommendations? Don't need anything extremely fancy or expensive.
They just opened a King of Wings there, haven’t been but supposed to be really good. Denver Biscuit Company just opened there last year too
We did our rehearsal dinner at the golden hotel. The restaurant was good and pretty casual iirc. The biscuit place is good, but it's only open for breakfast/lunch, I think. Eta scratch that if it's new. There must be a different biscuit place downtown that I'm thinking of
King of Wings is great. DBC is good and fine but I never get why the lines are so fucking long. I've heard good things about Sherpa House in Golden.
The wife and I are going to a show at Red Rocks in May for the first time. We are thinking about staying in Denver, anybody have any recommendations? Also would like to know any ideas for transportation on the way to Red Rocks and back as I am not going to want to drive.
If anyone wants free Josiah and the Bonnevilles tickets for Gothic Theatre tonight send me your email. I’m not going in this weather.
It's supposed to get very bad have seen predictions from 10-26 across the front range and near 40 in evergreen
I’m in the foothills so we have an about a foot right now and it’s starting back up. My wife’s office still open for some reason. No patients are going to be coming in. Not sure why they bother.
It had just started snowing when I posted this. I figured by 11-ish it would be too bad for me to drive and finding an Uber would be impossible. Didn’t want to risk it. Anyone know a reliable site for accumulation? Seems to be all over the place.
I mean it's pretty drastically different depending on the part of Denver you're in. It's much worse the further south you go it seems.
It’s still coming down, but the temperature has increased enough where it’s not sticking to my driveway where it’s not already covered.
18” now. School for the kids already cancelled for tomorrow. Took me an hour to clear the driveway, even with a blower. Calm now but sounds like the next heavy wave is slated to hit in the next hour or 2.
