Minus that part, of course Dont feel bad. It’s what makes the series so rewatchable. There’s too much to catch and guys just kind of appear out of nowhere. You can basically assume they’re all made except Chris (until he obviously gets made) and Hesh
Paulie and Christopher are easily two of my favorite characters and it’s bothering me how Paulie has treated him since getting made. I think one of them is gonna end up killing the other before the series ends. Mixed thoughts on Jackie Jr. right now. He’s absolutely gonna start fucking Meadow even though they’re related. edit: maybe they aren’t related idk
Ralphie better not make it to season four. Right now Tony’s got Paulie simply saying “whack him” while dipshit Dante is suggesting promoting him to captain. The fact that Tony is even listening to Dante is pissing me off. I hope they tell him he’s being promoted to captain just like Joe Pesci was told he’s being made.
They are not related. Jackies Dad was Tony's best friend since childhood and was the head of the family before he died. Their kids have been long family friends. Jackie SR getting the top job never made much sense considering Tonys dad was the head of it at one point. Although, its been a long time since I watched so I could be misremembering why that happened.
It’s largely because Aprile Sr. worked the system better (avoided long jail stints), had the most profitable crew amongst the 6, and was younger
GOAT episode. Can't wait for you to watch it so someone can post the classic line/exchange from that ep that makes me laugh every single time.
It’s gonna be tomorrow I think. Gonna watch that new Shogun show tonight but there’s a 35% chance I stay up till like 2am so I can get to it.
The actor said he walked into the shot twirling a huge dildo to get the genuine reaction of Gandolfini losing it when he walked in the room.
Feels like Ralphie and/or Jackie Jr. are dying in the S3 finale. And hopefully Gloria too. Also Meadow’s roommate.
Can we get some theory discussions going in here? One of my favorite aspects of the show is how much stuff Chase left open to interpretation which had led to a lot of interesting fan theories. For example: Who do you think slashed Gloria’s tires? Did Gloria actually go to Morocco (by herself)?
Also I started Reacher season 2 this weekend and there’s a scene where he’s shitting on some guy for going to law school at Rutgers.
I always thought a great HBO spinoff for Sopranos would take place current day and focus on all the children of the main characters. How they grew up, how mafia life affected them etc.
