Dominos in Saint Denis is impossible. I’ve rage dynamite’d the table so many times.

 

Not RDR, but my friend group and I would randomly play high stakes poker in GTA online and it provided more fun than most of the online content

 

Switching to low stakes in all games was awful in rdr2.

 

I always get the urge to play this game on PC. I want a PS5 upgrade so bad.

 

The graphics and then the mods are well worth it.

 

I use Prominence Poker for this. The tournaments are fun with some decent players.

 

Is that the game that’s notoriously rigged?

 

It has to be. I got 95 out of 100 so many times and then I’d lose.

 

If I recall, there was an AMA with one of the designers a few years ago and he basically said there’s no way to win consistently. Apparently there was some glitch in the original RDR that let you just rack up a fortune on dominoes and blackjack so they did it this way to keep it from getting exploited. I just feel like maybe there’s a middle ground somewhere.

 

Getting to the epilogue is so bittersweet. You get to unlock the whole map, but then you're stuck playing as John.

I guess the one nice thing (besides the map) is that honor doesn't matter anymore.

 

They’ll still chase you if you commit war crimes tho. You can just throw your mini camp up and fast travel to anywhere and pay off the 5 cent bounty but it’s still nice to feel wanted.

 

Game is still $60 on steam, boo.

 

I was too sad to do much in the epilogue. Will try to if I ever complete a replay

Epilogue has some great stuff. It's way longer than you think it would be.

Just curious, is this for Steam, or does it have it's own launcher? Want to run mods.

 

Rockstar's own launcher and I run mods without a problem.

 

Which mods do you use?

 

There was a reshade and a seasons mod from nexus I believe
