Depends on the dates. The only pools open this month are Wet Republic and Bare as far as I know. Wet will be crazy this weekend and next. Marquee Day club is ridiculous when they have big talent booked, Wet Republic and Rehab at the hard rock generally have sluttier girls, Encore Beach club is good sometimes, Tao Beach and Nikki Beach will have some good days as well. Palms is too far away from the strip for me to bother with generally, but I have hired two waitresses from there that are smokeshows so their staff may be top tier. It all varies depending on the weekend and what the promotion is.
I'd say around a 2k minimum during the day and 3k minimum at night will pretty much guarantee you an easy time pulling ass and a great party environment. Having a table near the dancefloor facilitates getting girls to your table incredibly, so the best Vegas clubs (Marquee, XS, Tao) don't always equal the best time if you're spending less than 5k. I'd take a dancefloor table at Pure over a boombox table at Marquee or outdoor table at XS. No point in having a table that's away from the action/skanks. Bare would not be my top recommendation but it's all variable depending on the promotions of each pool during that weekend. I have very good connections at Wet, Encore Beach Club, Marquee Dayclub, Tao Beach, and Rehab so when it gets closer to the date I can get you some good quotes.
AVICII is DJing Day Club the Saturday I'll be there, so that will probably be the best day spot that day, depends on the rest of the group but may try to go to that
Does anyone have a favorite sports BAR in Vegas? We are staying at the Aria and want to hit a sports bar to watch the IU game tomorrow night. Good food is a plus. Right now the candidates are Lagasse's Stadium, The Pub in the Street of Dreams, and the Sporting Lounge (old ESPNZone) in NY/NY. Anyone else have a favorite or hidden gem. We'd like to keep it on the strip.
Got back from Vegas on Monday. It was my first time out. I had no problems with taking the xanax and adderal on the plane, which i didnt really need or want them when i was out there. Anyways, i had a fuckin blast. I cant wait to go back out with a bigger group. Its amazing how fast the hours go by out there. It would be 5 or 6 in the morning and we were no where near done partying/gambling.
18 weeks until my bachelor party. Anyone on the east coast ever taken a redeye back? The Sunday flight selection sucks. Either 10-11am, an overpriced 2pm flight or a redeye leaving around 11pm-midnight and landing around 6am.

I'd go with the 2pm flight. I did the redeye once and it sucked b/c I can never really solidly fall asleep for the whole flight so for me it just added 1 more night of no sleep....and waiting around that Sunday all day when you can't party is not fun. 10-11am gives you the chance of still being glossy eyed if you did the last night right, 2pm gives you the chance to wear it off w/ greasy food and head home
I'm not sure what I'm going to do. The 2pm flight is 46,000pts, when pretty much every other returning flight is only 25,000pts. A little fucking annoying.

with 'wanna get away' I don't think you can get a refund if you cancel, you just get 1 calendar year from when you book to use the credited amount with SouthWest but they don't charge change fees like other airlines

i'm going for the first time (i went when i was 17, but that obviously doesn't count) this thursday for my brother's bachelor party. we're staying at the palms and as far as i know, the only set thing on the itinerary is that we're going to a nice dinner and club on saturday. what are some good spots for partying, strip clubs, restaurants, etc. the palms' sports book is under renovation, so i'd like to know your guys' favorite sports book there.
it's been a few years since my last trip but going back next month so been ITT a lot...most say the best spots on the Strip for the younger crowd at night right now are The Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood
went last time i was there got two girls for a half hour a piece for my friend and I at 600, they sat and talked and were on there phones text for at least half of it
For your nice dinner, I would recommend Cut or N9ne. Cut (Palazzo) is better, imo, but N9ne is also really good and a bit more of a party atmosphere. It is also at the Palms so that probably works better for you. Jaleo (Cosmo) is the shit also if you like tapas food. For clubs, send a pm to Ethan Edwards. For a sports book, Lagasse Stadium at Palazzo is the nicest, but I like Caesars, Venetian, and MGM. Cosmo has in-game betting stations in their small sportsbook, but you have to give too much information for that, imo. Someone in this thread mention free drinks at the Bellagio sports book, but I have never been to that one. Drink tickets at most sports books are not hard to acquire.
For more casual meals, some of the best reviewed are Holstein's (Cosmo), Lotus (Off Strip), Mesa Grill, Otto (Venetian), Hash House a Go Go (IP), and China Poblano (Cosmo).

Got back a week ago. Loved it. Next stay is comped. Lots of ups and downs on the BJ tables. Split first in a NL Hold Em tourney (only played poker twice). This is for those that have never been to Vegas. Downtown is for gambling your ass off and getting popped. The strip is for clubbing, snaging strange, shopping, and getting popped. I cant wait to get back. Loved almost everything about this trip. Buddy and I got pissed at the wives. Ditched them. Went to the Rhino-$200 for a fucking private. I gave the hot slut $25 to leave me alone after i heard her sales pitch for about 30 min while I sipped on Titos on the rocks. Buddy took on the $200 private. Ended up sittng there for three drinks ($60) and then went looking for him. That place is full of talent but a huge fucking money pit. Id rather throw that kind of money twards bottle service, hooker (not really), exotic car rental, etc... Ended up having to leave him there. Phone died. Met up with him at 5am and he was smashed as was I but he was looking through me smashed. Told me they made him sign some paper before he left--that could not have been good. Reviews on that place are really fucking shady as far as getting ripped off/pick pocketed. Enter with caution. Like I said olace is full of talent but it is huge, dark, and very consuming. Ate at Hash House A Go-Go. Nice suggestion Racer. Drank a lot of good beer (Stone Arrogant Bastard - delicious)...had the Sage Fried Eggs Benedict - so good. Next time her and I head out Im eating more upscale and doing bottle service. God dammit I just want to pack and fly out for the weekend. Fucking real life.

A bunch of my friends are going to Vegas for Memorial day weekend for 2 of their 30th birthday celebrations. I'm so pissed I can't go. I might have been able to swing it if I just hadn't convinced my wife not to go to a family reunion in Virgina that same weekend because that combined with our honeymoon 2 weeks later would have been a big hit financially. "Honey, we can't afford to go to the family reunion, even though our hotel is paid for, with our honeymoon 2 weeks later... btw, can I go to Vegas with my friends that weekend instead?" Would have been a 1-way ticket to kickintheballsville.
went there my last trip to Vegas. We were walking stumbling back to our hotel when a guy (he was white and wearing a suit, so he seemed alright) stopped us and asked if we wanted a free limo ride and entry to Olympic Gardens. I had heard of it because of this board, so I said yes. We went and it was a good time. Definitely had a Varsity Blues moment where we walked out of the club and the sun was up and we're all like "what the fuck?"
I had 3 of those 1-liter beers from hofbrau haus and then we passed around a boot of beer, then we went to the hard rock and won some money playing video roulette, then we killed a bottle of goldschlager walking around...then I called for the limo to OG and we went to our room to wait and drank some captain morgan there, that's the last clear memory I have from what I've been told, I passed out in our booth at OG, then got up, puked in the bathroom, walked out a random side door, then walked to the stratosphere, which is like 3 miles, we're not actually 100% sure what hotel I went to... all I remember is a bunch of bright lights which doesn't really narrow it down, wherever it was, I got a cab back to flamingo...no one is really sure what happened after I left OG because I was alone and I don't remember after I won $100 at hard rock I was up to about $250 in my wallet and I woke up the next morning with $34 in there...but the people who actually went to OG and remember gave it rave reviews
also went to play craps last weekend at the new casino here in KC and now I really want to go back, too bad it'll be six months before I can

I didn't like changing hotels, but Caesars gets pretty damn expensive. I'd go Aria just to check it out.
well I booked both and Im gonna decide later; Aria came to 150 after tax and fees, PH came to 44 and both of those are without offers. I love both casinos, I'm infatuated with Aria's architecture and the rooms look amazing is the only reason im thinking of spending the extra money
