This is probably a first for me, but I’d actually be okay with grabbing an IOL in the first this year But Edge would certainly work if somebody good falls. Idk about Verse tho
according to the smart people, this isn't a good OL draft and there is nobody with a 1st round grade that is an IOL. As much as it is a need, we need to be taking BPA. Find your OL in the middle rounds.
We need an offensive tackle. Deep class plus Armstead is done after this year. Thats what we need to focus on
If one of the top OTs fall because of the run on QBs I'd absolutely take one. Just can't be doing the Juwan James type selection because you convince yourself that you MUST draft a OT in the 1st and Dallas sniped Zach Martin 3 picks ahead of you. (Also, the draft people I am reading are saying that OL are coming out much less prepared for the NFL because of how colleges are scheming and prepping them in ways that don't translate. So any OL you take other than the truly elite guys are going to show up with serious flaws that take time to coach out of them.)

I'm not arguing against you. I'm simply saying be selective in who you draft. Don't take an OL just because you need one. That's how you end up with Juwan James or Austin Jackson
I mean Grier has been shit at drafting olinemen but we need a tackle above all else. If the guy has a good grade on ur team board go get him
I’ve heard that if he’s there we are gonna pick Mims that makes me nervous but the upside could be huge
I'm here for it, if he pans out we could be set for a decade at one of the most important positions in football and learning behind Armstead for a year will be great for him

We literally don't have any corners outside of Ramsey and Kouhu in the slot, we have a Offensive Tackle that barely plays and we just lost our star tackle. What in the fuck are we doing?

Don’t love the pick, stings especially knowing the corners were still both there and also seeing the OL go right in front of us. Hope to be proven wrong, but feels disappointing in the moment.

No he's a guy who couldn't sack QB's in college but I'm supposed to believe he's gonna magically start doing it in the pros????????????????/ He has one primary big job at his position and he wasn't good at it, I'm so confused
