Yeah I'm not all that worried. I'm still childless and single and in no rush to buy which is why I was fine with it. I just wanted to get in on the housing market while it was still recovering, but I've likely already missed that boat.

 

Rates are still low. Do it man. Sit on it a few years and you'll make some money.

A lot of people got fucked as they got triggered on sell stops way lower than they could have imagined. I went to buy FB at 75 and they filled me at 73. Didn't take long for me to sell it at 80.50.

 

My biggest holding opened down $11/share, dropped another $5, and then jumped up $12.

This shit's crazy.

5 minutes or so the dow was down 300. Now we are down over 500 again.

 

These 100 point moves back and forth every few minutes are quite interesting to watch.

As batshit as today has been, my entire portfolio is somehow only down 1.98% right now.

 

This Trish Regan on FBN has one hell of a nice rack on her.

 

RDS.B has an extremely low P/E, great fundamentals, pays a great dividend and just made a huge play in the natural gas industry.

so naturally, its at a 52 week low

Everyone had a chance this morning to buy stocks at ridiculously low prices. I bid on 20 stocks and got filled on 12 of them. Sold them all way too early but at least I made something.

 

If the DOW closes positive today that might be the craziest shit to ever hit the markets

 

This has to be a combination of people trying to find the bottom and computers unwinding their automatic trades, right?

 

Lots of sell stops were triggered this morning. People who don't watch their holdings that closely are going to be shocked at how low they sold.
