Huberman lab is a health and science podcast with a neuroscientist from Stanford or something. Don’t believe it’s kook science but someone may know more than me
Haven't watched season 2 yet but wouldn't those guys be too "inside" in terms of the goal of bringing in newbies to the game?
I think the Netflix aspect brings enough exposure without putting on someone that never said anything interesting in their entire life. Porath has the SB Nation thing going where guys in other niche corners (Bunkie Perkins, Spencer Hall, Grant Brisbee, ect) draw towards him and his personality would work in that setting.
I generally can't stand people that always act like whatever they are saying is very compelling but it never is. "If I just talk really slowly with emphasis it will sound compelling and interesting even though it is neither" Bill Simmons Peter Schrager Rappaport
Not sure we should trust your view of what’s interesting when you prefer your golf personalities to be fantasizing about Taylor Swift dating Viktor Hovland
Dan is just an awkward weirdo. He’s incapable of any high level thoughts or analysis. Just an odd dude.
Jay Monahan is either the most ruthless deal maker behind closed doors alive or he has receipts on people because I really don’t see the appeal.
Maybe already covered, but man 69 player fields where T60 and ties make the cut is about as silly as it gets Get the field up to 90-100 and still claim its "elevated" or just shrink it to 60 and have no cut. I'm sure the 9 guys who get cut are going to be furious too, just don't know the thought process there
I'm watching earlier coverage on DVR, they're showing Zalatoris. The wife walks through the living room and says he looks like a young Roger Sterling (we're in the middle of a Mad Men rewatch). I see it.
The point is he is trying a new putter. If he can use a mallet putter better than his old one the tour is in trouble. Like when happy go the hockey stick putter
