Me and 2 other guys play a lot of trios and quads most nights of the week between 10-midnight. Would really enjoy 1 other solid player which we cant seem to find so send DM if that sounds like something you'd be into.
Ok I’m having some problems now, getting the not signed into a profile error every other match now. Then when I think I fixed it, now it says my mic is not connected and I still get disconnected
Anyone else not able to get all of their challenges to work properly? I've gotten like 6 kills with Battle Rage and it hasn't counted any of them?
The latest bug I've run into is pretty fun. I'll queue into a match, and all my attachments will magically disappear.
Idk how much is just nostalgia/old man yells at clouds but I feel like the maps in the new cod games suck ass. I would definitely pay for DLC of just old MW/MW2 maps
I’ve basically spent my entire playing time thus far unlocking attachments and camos and I’m finally at a point I can use the guns I want to. The Scar in this game is maybe the best gun I’ve ever played with in a COD before. My KD with it is way higher than any other gun
Curious to see how the rollout of Ranked Warzone goes. Specifically if they have a decent cooldown timer for teammates quitting “early” (which is hard to quantify and they’d have to come up with an arbitrary amount of time to wait on being bought back before quitting was allowed). it’s the one thing that has to be addressed to make the game my favorite FPS again. WZ2 quitting is infinitely worse than it ever was at Verdansk to the point where I don’t even play anymore unless we have a full squad of 3-4 people.
Every time I try to play squad fill as a solo, it’s guaranteed I’m going to be at least one member short. I don’t get it.
Ranked WZ feels so much better than regular. Everyone doesn’t hot drop so the map is still full late in the game Fewer campers because people are chasing skill points for kills & assists Normal skilled players and not lobbies full of sweats No hackers due to the account level restrictions to enter ranked games
So a casual player like me would enjoy it more? I always wanted to get into it more but just too much chaos and sweats for me.
100%. I play with mostly casuals in the 0.75-1.0 range and it's been pretty enjoyable. also these RP systems give you a little reward for non-wins. A top 10 or top 5 game feels good bc of the RP rewards
Cold War is free this month for PS plus. I never played it and I am mad I didn’t because every single map is superb
Definitely getting it. I only played the free beta and never bought the game but it was really fun. Really want to get back into zombies
anybody down to play some DMZ later on? I fucking love the rush of exfilling after a solid looting run.
Do people really care about reveal trailers when it’s just campaign stuff? And where was the gameplay?
Leaks are saying remastered MW2 maps which means they are tacking a campaign onto the map pack they promised for MW2
redoing the original MW2 maps in a game called MW3 remastered has me irrationally angry I want the original MW3 shit again like Dome, Seatown, Village, Mission and Hardhat
Sledgehammer was initially working to remaster the maps for the current COD. There wasn’t even supposed to be a new COD this year but obviously Activision thought that rather than have a yearly update they’d rather have a new game
Ranked WZ is in a great place right now. Fun as hell if you play aggressive as shit in these bronze and silver lobbies. unlimited UAVs at buys is nice
It’s always fun to eat for a weekend in those lobbies. Diamond and above is a whole different animal but still fun if you’re aggressive.
as someone with typically ~5-6 kills on a meh game of dying early or 10+ on a game where we make it to final circle ( around 1.5-1.7 K:D for entirety of Warzone 1) how high in rankings should I actually expect to get? I typically max out at Platinum in Apex in season splits where I play a decent amount.
It all depends on how much you play in a season. I only play ranked one night a week and the results vary. If you grind 3-4 days a week with a solid squad then I’d say Diamond/Crimson is realistic. Kills early game don’t net you as much SR as late game, so it actually benefits you to play smart and place high if you are trying to rank up quicker.
Word word. We normally drop somewhere that doesn’t have a ton of early game action, preferably just 1 or 2 teams max. Top part of The Pass hill has been nice and let’s you para to anywhere on the middle/bottom of the map. Normally a stronghold there somewhere that we’ll let another team jump to and then bait them out of their perma-UAV, kill them and steal their stronghold.
it sounds like the new zombie mode for MW3 is gonna be basically a zombie+dmz. concept has serious potential
Really like the new battle royal solo unhinged. Big map, start off solo but you can recruit people. Random interactions and scenarios have made it more fun to play. Being a squad of six and running up on a solo, kill him or let him run? I usually give them thirty seconds or so to run
Never been a fan of straight up multiplayer because getting shot in the back 90% of the times I die is stupid as fuck. Round based multiplayer I fucks with every once in a blue moon.
