Most of the time people aren’t. Biden is far from what I would want personally as president but there’s a large part of the populous that thinks they’re virtually the same
The “We just won’t come up with as much great stuff” is similar to the “I just won’t make more money if I have to pay taxes on it” line of thinking and I can see it already
So fucking stupid and corrupt. If they're smart they'll cease operations and watch the fucking 160 million people get pissed off
In response to the tweet's question - Because they don't consume the news that will tell them about that
If Trump was free from his witch hunt he would probably have solved the world by now. instead we have evil genius, senile, dementia ridden, crime lord Biden stuttering his way through actual policy that helps Americans.
I actually believe Joe is going to pick up votes in Auto/Building trades union category from last election to this one. Dudes been awesome for those groups Considering that heavily impacts Michigan, Wisconsin, IL, Ohio, and PA good for him (Indiana and Missouri as well but lol)
Great news. @americanairlines please reimburse me for causing to miss Christmas this year and sit in an airport for 16 hours with two dogs because your planes are old and you couldn’t find a replacement part
too bad opinion polling doesn't matter under a dictatorship, because changing all this shit back won't be very popular for trump next year
He’s not going to roll it back, but Trump Air, the only passenger carrier permitted in the USA is exempt
What is More Perfect Union and why did they get brought in by the administration to roll out the rules videos?
Some kind of labor movement non profit. Their YT videos creep into my feed. The few that Ive watched seem pretty good.
Maybe these worthwhile rule making announcements can be used to push back our standing Wednesday appointment
Gotcha. Obviously these are less interviews and more announcements. I figured they had a particular slant to agree to do these videos.
The eagerness to portray the campus protests as antisemitic is something to behold. It is so contrived.
Shocked that the girl who claimed her eye was stabbed at Yale was actually a right-wing piece of shit that wrote for libertarian rags.
I agree with you. Also people shouldn’t chant about loving Hamas and wanting to level areas with more civilians. They should demonize Netanyahu
FYI the people doing this are right-wing pieces of shit, not student protestors which are being largely led by Jews at several of the ivy league universities.
as much as we all know that the majority of student protests are appropriate, peaceful, and well-intentioned, it seems silly to paint with such a broad brush as if young people protesting would not inherently get messy in certain situations. that doesn't mean the protests are not meaningful. or that the position the protestors are taking isn't the right one. but much like anything young people do en masse, it probably has some imperfections. blaming any and all instances of alleged issues at these protests on right-wing bad actors is a bit overboard. with that said, I don't doubt that many of the reported instances are from shitty bad actors because the protestors are generally well-intentioned and purposeful.
Given that there have been known right wingers at these events, particularly outside the campus where non-students aren't allowed at Columbia where this really popped off, yes I'm comfortable asserting that anyone outright "praising Hamas" is a racist right-winger and not a left-leaning student. This is Illini levels of arguing.
Not sure how much things improve without Bibi, seems like a lazy argument that ignores the fundamental problem with one of our biggest allies being a genocidal ethnostate. Even the American Israel supporters at "liberal universities" in Manhattan are deploying fascist police against student and faculty protesters as a first resort. I'm not sure who Israel has at the top changes that. In before the scolds say it doesn't matter and swing voters don't care.
College protests. Count on their hearts to be in the right place, and the antics often cringey. The Atlantic: “Attention, everyone! We have Zionists who have entered the camp!” a protest leader calls out. His head is wrapped in a white-and-black keffiyeh. “We are going to create a human chain where I’m standing so that they do not pass this point and infringe on our privacy.” Chain of safety, assemble! But violent? Almost never. That's why I don't believe these reports of these protests being antisemitic or aggressive at all.
isn’t that argument on bibi like saying well the US will still have many POS in office and in MAGA without Trump, but they’re severely inhibited
