During the "King in the North" scene, I look over and my wife is holding her hand up in the air like there's a sword in it. So proud. So funny.
What role does everyone think Sam is going to play in the endgame? Wonder if he'll be involved in Jon realizing his heritage.
Read the last page and I've pretty much came to the same thoughts on what might happen in the future.
I can't fathom how the show culminates without TWOW being released or at least very sketched out to them. Would be wildly divergent otherwise
Watch the Inside the Episode with B&B they talk about Sansas relationship with Jon being something to watch and seemed to hint that she wasn't fully on board.
btw we had like 1 or 2 sub par eps but the last two put this season firmly up there with the best imo
Night King definitely taking center stage soon. A lot of temporary villains eliminated in this season. High Sparrow, Ramsay, the slavers, Roose, Frey.
Thats the most movement in any episode of moving the plot forward in the whole series . Couldnt imagine them finishing the story anytime soon and now it seems plausible.
Aemon Targaryen, King of the Andals, The Rhoynar & The First Men, Winter's Dragon, The Watcher on The Wall, & The White Wolf, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, And Protector of the Realm.
Not to nitpick after an amazing finale but this is weird to me after their interaction in this episode unless we're not supposed to believe anything Sansa said to Jon.
aw fuck Spoiler well the GRRM letter to the editor said she wouldn't make it, wouldn't be shocked to see her fall as a result of this
Technically I dont think 3 of the most storied, honorable knights in kingsguard history would be protecting their prince's bastard while he & the king are being cut down but assuming he's still a bastard it would be Aemon Sand.
This director needs to do every big episode from here on out. Can't believe they topped Ep 9, this may be my favorite episode of the series. This season was fantastic overall, although I think Tyrion has floundered as a character. He used to be my favorite.
winterfell should be hers by rights. she was the one who wanted to take winterfell back. she was also the one who won the battle by bringing in the kotv. it's understandable that she would feel some type of way about jon being given winterfell.
Then why is he not Jon Sand, instead of Snow? Even the cover up stories dont have Ned banging a northern girl
He did try and give it to her though. Hopefully they don't dwell on that and everyone can focus on the fact that thousands of dead people are marching toward them.
was cheering for Cersei this episode, done with her now curious to see how arya plays out, I wonder if she goes to meet up with the fam or if she creeps around murking people for a while Queen of Thorns telling those cunts to shush their yappers was tight
yeah that one Spoiler feel like his "major characters who makes it list" is pretty set in stone. tyrion, bran, jon, arya, and dany iirc. i'd imagine davos, tormund, other characters like that would survive too but for the main ones, it wouldn't surprise me to see just them survive
Tyrion just wasn't a focal point of this season imo. I think that is all it was. Honestly his role from here on out sounds like it will be supporting since all the big dogs are coming together.
I mean Rhaegar was still married to Elia. While some might say since she was now barren he was right to bang someone else I don't think they would consider him married.
He told her to take it numerous times and she declined. She is playing the game now after spending too much time in Westeros & with Littlefinger.
Exactly. It feels like that will be a forced storyline simply to take up a few episodes until the Night King. Hope I'm wrong.
No more sparrows, no more tommen, no more mace, and most of all no more fucking mereen. So many annoying characters are dead and Dany is finally on the way to westeros.
Also everyone wondering if Sansa was salty at Jon or what she thinking when they panned back and forth between her and Littlefinger, it seems pretty obvious to me that she was smiling happy for jon and then saw Littlefinger and based on their last conversation she realizes that Jon is now an obstacle for his quest for the Iron Throne and will be now be his next target.
