He’s going to star in a 6666 spin-off that is just going to be a big advertisement for the ranch that Sheridan bought
My wife is getting upset with me because I keep mumbling how bad the plot and writing is but I can't help it. I really enjoyed this show the first few seasons (obviously having to suspend disbelief at some of the more absurd stuff) but now it's a bunch of commercials strung together. I mean Ryan Bingham has his own ranch water now and lives in LA.
pretty sure this show was only going to be a one or two season thing. The first season was a fun dumb show to watch and turn your brain off. The storylines just disappeared of hilariously were resolved when it became popular and they realized they could make some money off of it has john’s other son who died in the first or second episode ever even been mentioned since? what happened with the Dino bones? the bomb on a fucking plane?
I did enjoy all the Buffalo Trace Advertising every commercial break and throughout the show. You know, a Bourbon company where their product is in such high demand you can't find it anywhere.
It's hard to watch this show anymore. The writing and bigoted politics of the show aren't even subtle anymore.
I fast forwarded through most of the governor stuff blah blah land good out of town people bad blah blah we get it
BT hasn’t been like that in Florida for several years although when I was in Hawaii this summer you could pick it up off the shelf in target in the aisle next to paper goods
Yeah Dad can't find it in Fla but it's not impossible to get in GA so I bring him a bottle every time I head down there to see the parents.
Saw Shane Smith a few weeks ago and they hinted at them being in the episode. Super hyped to see them getting some recognition. This show is so bad. I’ll keep watching for horse related nostalgia but otherwise is meh as hell.
Like the kid went from never being on a horse to all of a sudden being able to chase down and turn back cattle?
Agree everything else is impossible. The $30 BT is easy here for some reason. I try and do the barrel select program every year. Haven’t been successful yet
Everything is just so forced. Oh, looks like things are going to work out for the family? Better get somebody to make like 7 consecutive ridiculous decisions in a row and stir up some completely out of nowhere drama
Buffalo Trace now Crown, raking in millions for whiskey commercials and product placement Show is dumb but whatever
I get that she drives a lot of the show, and her character is great, but good grief Beth is such an overdramatic lunatic.
Totally agree, I think the big things that makes it worse is that she is blaming Jamie that she lost her ability to have kids. Lady your the one who didn’t use protection and asked him to take you. It’s not like he knew what was going to happen.
I said on the premiere, Beth went from the best thing to the worst about this show Jamie is flicking terrible too, I’m not giving up but very diminishing returns
Tulsa King is absolutely terrible, giving 1 guy a billion dollars to make a ton of shows isn’t proving wise for good television Who knows with viewership, Tulsa King is definitely a bust
Did they like forget that they already had John and Rip discuss the wolf situation early in the episode via phone? When they met up on the ranch and talked about it later on it was as if that first discussion never even happened. It’s not terribly important. Just seemed a bit odd.
I think the last part is incorrect. He was told what would happen when they went into the clinic and he didn’t tell her or give her the choice at that point.
I completely agree with this. It’s just not even interesting to watch those two interact. I am about done with the show, other than the bunkhouse and Rip I don’t find it interesting anymore.
Awww, didn’t remember seeing that part. Either way she’s starting to become a hate able character and maybe that’s what they are going for.
I thought it was the best episode of the season. Probably the last two seasons tbqh. Not saying much… but I enjoyed tonight.
Agree, there needs to be conflict but it doesn't always need to be world ending or life or death. Solid episode all around.
Agreed with all. Some conflict that isn’t all life or death. Beth being awesome but not a caricature, environment/outdoors/cowboy porn, and stuff like the line about conservation all made that episode enjoyable more so than anything they’ve done in a while.
Even though I'm not a fan of too much time for him, the stuff with Jamie and market equities chick now makes a whole lot more sense than just "let's send a dozen hitmen to assassinate the governor and livestock commissioner" plot lines i for sure thought they'd recycle.
The horse that the Dutton’s bought, this is his dad. His offspring have won over $90M in winnings. Pretty wild.
