I read the spoiler just now... Show only spoiler Spoiler glen is not on talking dead and the host keeps saying it "appears" Glen is dead. Could lead credence that it's a dream sequence.
Filming spoiler Spoiler I've read elsewhere that Glenn has been seen filming at different sites after this scene was shot tifwiw
damn 1. ninja zombies, always. more with the characters we dont know. oh shit that punk dude shot the black guy in the leg. oh he died. wait are we supposed to feel anything for him? 2. the forced "rick's people are bad" is getting pretty fucking old 3. "thank you [for not making me a coward]"... bitch then fling yourself on the zombies and save glenn, OR, yall climb the fence with the barbed wire and shimmy 4. rick DA GAWD 5. that dude had a nice shotty and they stood there lookin at him "we have no choice, we have to leave him!" first, take his damn gun. second, put a bullet in his head or just watch him get torn't up 6. i think daryl drove like 20 miles to go maybe 3 this season has been great ACTION
If they make that a dream sequence then I take back all the good things I said. Because that was a great episode.
I like the way the Madea dude is all uppity about not leaving anyone behind, but damn if he can't use one bullet to shoot the David dude in the head while he's being eaten to death. Is there something humane about just standing there like a dumbass and watching someone get torn to shreds instead of just putting him out of misery? You knew that ratface Nicolas was going to get someone killed. I don't know how many times they have to beat Rick's message into the ground about not wasting your life trying to save the lives of idiots who aren't up to the new world order. So did Rick just unwittingly gun down the baby? That chick that was getting Koral all wet was one of the ones sneaking up on the RV, right? I deleted the shit without double checking.
FWIW they kept T Dawg (or Dog or Dogg?) on set for all of season 3 even though he died pretty early. Also kept Beth around after her death last season. Obviously people are all around the filming so they want to keep people guessing. When Glenn said the "dumbass" line which was a throwback to the pilot I kinda got the feeling it was going to be real. Then when Rick was panicking and surrounded in the RV as it wouldn't start I got the feeling again that it could all just be a "here's everything that could go wrong with this plan" dream scenario thing. An issue with the way Glenn died, if it's real, is no one was there to see it and they won't be able to go back and check or confirm it for quite a while as they deal with this herd. And even then, going back to that town to find something of his to know for sure is iffy. Probably end up dealing with Maggie and others wanting to go search for him/thinking he's still alive for way too long. And I agree with everyone pointing out the stupidity in them just standing there watching that guy get torn apart through the fence. Not even Michonne put her sword through his head when she got over and down. Also expected someone to pop the ankle girl in the head when she went down to put her out of her misery. Lot of people just being left to suffer tonight. Find that hard to believe... it's going to be an extended episode. 90 minutes TV time, so about an hour of actual show.
definite female with them but it looked like average adult height, not some weirdass 13 yr old emo girl
[quote="bic, post: 9664037, member: Find that hard to believe... it's going to be an extended episode. 90 minutes TV time, so about an hour of actual show.[/quote] Yeah, I was just thinking out loud Would hate to watch 90 minutes of Morgan
I didn't watch the preview for next week but I guess that's where you got the idea that it would be all Morgan? Seeing people on the subreddit saying the same thing... no one wants 90 minutes of Morgan. Also, the way Nicholas and Glenn fell... people speculating that Nicholas' body was the one being ripped open and eaten ON TOP of Glenn and Glenn could miraculously survive. That would be some epic plot armor but they did fall a little awkwardly (different than I was expecting from the spoiler - thought maybe one of Nicholas' arms or legs was just going to trip Glenn more or less) so I'd give more credit to the showrunner(s) for that than I would some kind of dream sequence.
Spoiler Yeah, IF he somehow made it out of this alive and everyone thinks the plot armor is overpowered it will lead to some serious shock if the comic death happens. "HE MADE IT OUT FROM UNDER A THOUSAND ZOMBIES JUST TO GET KILLED BY SOME NEW GUY'S BAT? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?" Would be great.
Just rewatched the scene and I really think he's alive because he pulled the dumbass on top of him when he fell. Such bullshit but that's what I believe now.
Spoiler He's alive. Wasn't on Talking Dead. Wasn't on the list of people who died on Talking Dead. I'm reaching here. Also, I think Rick getting his hand cut is decent foreshadowing for him losing that hand.
makes sense. I've read almost all the comics so I just assume everyone knows what's happening haha. Spoiler I'm excited to see how they finish this season. Hopefully we get to see Negan
Everyone knows he's coming A page or three back you can read an actor's call, or whatever it's called, for someone named Orin. for the last episode of the season
Spoiler Rewatched the part where Rick injurs his hand and it looks like it happens when he's fighting a Walker with a machete through a shoulder. I'm thinking he cut it on that.
If they pull some shit where it was Nick's guts being ripped out and Glenn is fine then that will be awful. But ya the season has been solid so far.
Spoiler From the show runner “Dear fans of ‘The Walking Dead,’ this is a hard story to tell and when we were planning to tell it, we knew our friends at the ‘Talking Dead would be talking to you about it. And knowing you’d all be talking and feeling and commiserating, I knew we should say something about it, lest our silence say something we didn’t mean to say or not say. So I’ll say this: In some way, we will see Glenn, some version of Glenn, or parts of Glenn again, either in flashback or in the current story, to help complete the story.”
Glenn is absolutely alive. Rat face landed on top of him. The initial camera angle when he starts being "eaten" looks off even, like his chest is way too high compared to his body. I'm assuming he somehow crawls under the garbage dumpster. Too much of a lame way for an important character like Glen to go out. Also, shouldn't Rick shut the fucking RV door with that herd coming at him?
What I read: Spoiler Glenn isn't dead...that other guy fell on top of him and that's his guts... Glenn slips under the dumpster and meets up with them later.
Also there is no reason why they dont cover themselves in zombie blood EVERYTIME they go outside. Stupid heads.
Seriously. They should have like an exit/entrance station in any area they fortify. The prison, Alexandria, wherever. When you leave you put on a poncho type garment and there's a tub of guts overhead that you let pour some zombie camo on you. If you're out for very long you would re-apply guts from an outside zombie. When you re-enter you remove the poncho and hit up a shower station. Boom. IF they go with the "Nicholas fell on top of Glenn and he was the one being eaten" thing it would be hard to explain no bites anywhere on him.
http://www.avclub.com/video/walking-dead-theory-so-far-fetched-it-just-has-be--227414 such horseshit. glenn is definitely gonna be alive. i can feel it. oh hes covered in blood with 29717924 zombies around him and trudge home? ok. meanwhile a single zombie in the woods with 10 survivors can bite some surprisingly competent dude and not be spotted by anyone this show sucks
Wouldn't it be pretty similar to season 1 when Rick got pulled off the horse and then crawled under the tank? The way he falls, his feet should have been closer to the dumpster. But when they pan up from where it appears Glen is being eaten, his head is right at the edge of the dumpster. He's definitely alive. For now anyway...
It would be similar but the walkers followed Rick under the tank. He was about to blow his brains out then saw the hatch into the bottom of the tank. Say Glenn made it miraculously unscathed under the dumpster... some of the walkers would have noticed him going under as they did with Rick and followed. There's no magic door under a dumpster that I know of. If they go with the Glenn living route though I think that's the only available option and the walkers eventually get distracted by something else as they're finishing up their Nicholas meal and Glenn can ultimately escapes.
Glenn will reappear at the every end of the season to save the day covered in blood, two zombies without mouths and arms linked up Michone style, and full of weapons.
How was Morgan able to run back to Alexandria in no time at all but Rick and the gang can't make it there in an entire episode? Or Darrel Drive there in 5 minutes on his bike?
Bottom of the dumpster is rusted through. Glenn crawls underneath, climbs through the rusted out bottom, uses dumpster as walking shield. TWD fans rage.
I've seen that as a possibility. BTW I don't think we need to spoiler theories. Just comic stuff or if it's like my post from Friday stuff that's leaked about the upcoming episodes.
