The Braves’ new SunTrust Park will host its first LGBT Night on June 23 when the team plays the Milwaukee Brewers. This is the seventh time the Braves say they’ve joined in on metro Atlanta’s June celebration of the LGBT community, complete with a post-game fireworks show. Atlanta Pride: Six Flags to celebrate LGBT community The $35 ticket buys a seat in the Home Run Porch along with a Braves hat with rainbow lettering. You can pick up the hat between 6 and 7:30 p.m. at the Xfinity Rooftop near Section 312. There will also be games and a cash bar starting at that time. Mumford was one of my fav shows ever when they headlined at Okeechobee. Loved it. This specifically was incredible: Mumford, Avett Bros, Tom Morello, Preservation Hall Jazz Band covering House of the Rising Sun was a great cap to a great festival. I'm actually a big fan of this lineup... I don't love all of the acts, but would be real happy seeing a handful of them.
The lineup is pretty solid, for what Music Midtown has been putting out. Mumford was an $80 ticket in Gwinnett last time they were here. Bruno would be an $80+ at Philips. The problem with MM is that it could easily be better, but they don't really care to put in the effort or spend the money. Wiz is a fucking waste of money and a 5 slot.
The Oasis had a similar banner for last Saturday's Braves game. They probably need to change no cover with "ticket stub" to "mobile app delivered e-ticket" but I don't see that happening.
