Can't post a picture, for whatever reason, but I got the Topps Now Acuna Auto in the mail today and it's the blue /49.

 

That's good looking ink for him too, a lot of his stuff is streaky.

PSA is flying through orders. 53-card value bulk sub arrived two weeks ago and is already being assembled

 

I had a sub move to step 5 within a week. Step 5 took 1.5 - 2 weeks. Tomorrow is one month since order prep, and they are shipping out sometime this week i suspect.

 

Just woke up from a dream involving an immaculate card. Quad patch card of four Vikings retired players. If you got all four patches auto'ed and authenticated, you could sit in on trades talks between Vikings and other teams. Jon Randle was the last remaining auto, and though he initially refused to sign, I talked him into it.

Would be a cool card.

 

My buddy is friends with Donnie Nelson and when he was the Mavs GM he invited me to sit in the suite with Donnie. At halftime Donnie took us on a tour and we went into his office. He had a huge board with every team and player and some sort of rating system. I asked him how many trade offers he gets per month.

He said “per month? Hell I’d say I get 10-12 per week”

Does anyone collect hockey?

 

I'm not into hockey but I like that the Young Guns card is so sought-after. Cool to see just a short-printed paper card with a good picture go for those kinds of prices. And one you can get out of retail.

I primarily collect Mo Seider and Lucas Raymond cards

 

I've got a signed red wings Young Gun collection, but am annoyed the team changed their autograph policy this year where you can't send your own cards in now.

 

Kinda envious of hockey collectors. It doesn't get a lot of attention but Upper Deck seems to put out a quality products.

 

Young Guns being the definite rookie card is cool. Not chasing millions of products and variants is nice

Legit no idea what the issue is on the Wemby

at least my big Phoenix Fire Burst set order scored 80% 10s including the Stroud

 

Top to bottom looks a little off to me but that's nitpicking. As I will always recommend, if you think it's a 10, snap it and send it again.

 

If it wasn't Monopoly Prizm, I probably would. Just gonna sell this ASAP before Monopoly hype dies out.

Yeah that must be it. There are two horizontal lines and two vertical lines that are equidistant from each other though? Frustrating because there are just certain prizm parallel types that always have these print line issues. Scopes and Shimmers seem to get the worst of them. Sometimes PSA still gives 10s on those because nearly all of the copies have the issue.

That said, PSA's been great to me so whatever, it happens

 

One running through right where his shorts end on the left knee/thigh and one running vertical just to the left of the RC logo. Like they were just part of the card idk

To get him some sports cards. He likes nfl, nhl and mlb. Any specific recommendations for packs/boxes that could include some cool cards?

he traded a kid a Pokémon card for s Gunnar Henderson tops rookie card. Feel like I gotta call the other kids parents and reverse the trade

 

Stadium Club/chrome for baseball would have some cool looking cards.

 

On a whim I bought the braves spot in a case break of 2023 Bowman Chrome with Deep Fried. Already hit a Gold Shimmer of Luis Guanipa and a Purple auto of Justyn-Henry Malloy.

 

Ended with a Quintero base auto and a Olson green lava
