I debated buying the Bioshock Collection. I own all 3 for PS3, but have talked myself into buying the collection. I have played through the original at least once every year since its release in 2007. Shit.It's been almost 10 years. It is as close to a perfect game as games can get. Bioshock:Infinite is just as good. It has such a fantastic story. And such value in playing. You ARE Booker when you play. If any of you guys are looking for something to play for the next few weeks, the Bioshock Collection is the epitome of great story telling along with great game play. Fuck. 2013 was such an amazing top-heavy year for games, btw. Bioshock:Infinite, The Last of Us, GTA V. Why can't these fuckers give us these quality games year-in, year-out? While decreasing the chance that a rocket misses, it also removes or reduces many of the interesting combat prediction elements that make the weapon archetype interesting to play. By making Cluster Bomb more reliable and Grenades and Horseshoes less effective, we hope to mix up the Rocket Launcher perk selection and inject a bit more technique into the archetype. Increased effective range on the explosions for the Cluster Bomb perk Grenades and Horseshoes perk activation radius reduced (1.3->1 meters) Truth is not affected by this change Machine Guns The high rate of fire family of Machine Gun really hits the fantasy when it comes to face melting crowd control weapons. Increasing their DPS will also help them shine in other scenarios as well (i.e. boss battles). Increased damage on highest rate of fire Machine Guns (4%) Hand Cannons You will only find small bug fixes for 2.4.0 for this weapon category. However, as a preview to Rise of Iron, newly minted low rate of fire hand cannons have a higher maximum possible range stat, giving players a distinct reason to choose that type of weapon. Fixed an issue where the hand cannon Zaouli's Bane's rate of Fire stat would display incorrectly Fixed an issue where the Taken King Vanguard and Armsday Hand Cannons (Down and Doubt 00-0, Kumakatok HC4) stats would display incorrectly. Everything is weird and scary. Also apparently you can get overleveled boots and the new sidearm from engrams. It is all fine.
Like...how overleveled? I have all 3 of my characters edged up for cryptarch and don't want to decrypt anything to level up and miss out on a package day 1. Also, that seems like something they are gonna patch with a quickness.
I've only seen it on twitch so I'm not sure exactly how much higher it can drop but the highest I've seen was 339. I think blues can drop at 340+ in RoI so it doesn't really provide much of an advantage. The only thing I'm taking from it is that it looks like TTK exotic engrams will eventually be able to drop RoI loot. That's contrary to what Bungie said in the Game Informer article so I'm glad I took the time to read it.
Bungie also took away any saved weekly Iron Banner bounties and certain saved Trials bounties. Pretty smart on their part but will be fun to watch the reaction to that.
Yeah, I noticed that. I had all 3 IB weeklies saved on all my characters, so that's 225 marks gone. Oh well, at least I have like 750 marks worth of purple items I planned on dismantling, which I'm sure will be plenty. Unless they change the way that works
