Yeah, I’d give it an A for sure. Casting is great, writing and acting great. Totally under the radar which is a shame. I like that it’s produced by RDjr and his wife- makes me think it’ll stick around longer if they have interest in doing it still.
So I’ve mentioned how my grandfather is a huge all around Perry Mason fan already but he is also a huge fan of the crime noir stuff and said that’s also why he loves this version. So I haven’t talked to him since the series ended but my dad said he is EXTREMELY upset that Perry had to go to jail. Like called my dad fuming about it.
I don’t know how many rewatches my grandfather has done but there is always a different episode of Perry Mason in our recently watched section because he uses our info. That and Band of Brothers.
I really have no idea if this will get another season. The new leadership at WB and HBO seem like a bunch of idiots.
Think I’m gonna really try to wait until at least two seasons are done and another announced for all new series. This shit fucking sucks.
