Because either nobody or very few people have ever actually taken home that much money. Winning millions and then going broke is not at all uncommon, though. It's not unlike pro sports in that regard.
People do it all the time with something like 1-10 million. This is 310 million dollars, it's not like you buy a house, a bunch of cars and a bar and then waste the rest
