Only saw initial reports but I’d guess drunken st patty’s day idiots.

 

it was Gang activity- the pier had nothing to do with it other than location. 98% of people who use that pier are fishermen.

 

I am quite sure Spring Break, TPC, and St Pattys day had much more too with that bullshit being down at the beach rather than the pier
