I mean, that's an amazing roster by WC standards. Usually it's a combo of bottom 6 NHL players and college players with maybe 2 or 3 higher level players. Also anyone that advances past the 1st round won't really even be able to play/commit.

I did that a few times growing up. The key is that you hide that you have the puck, look around for it, then skate to the bench and drop the puck in there subtly when you get there.

And I will be the first to say, I've watched less and less regular season NHL because every year is groundhogs day as a Leafs fan. Get really good, media starts talking about this could be the year and than we choke and suck in the playoffs
I think maybe not having a team makes it better actually. If Braves lose it ruins the rest of Baseball playoffs for me. Thrashers returning soon tho
