Jax Teller he looks like a more handsome, suave version of you tbh. You're probably mad b/c he's likely rocking a man bun.
that is pretty crazy but at least their students are starting to attend better schools. No way anyone from BA is ending up at places like RPI, MIT, Bucknell, etc. Ensworth kids are still going places like Birmingham Southern and Abilene Christian but not in mass like they do out of BA
There were a few of us, I believe. What's up? Very true. I should have added more clarification. I don't think Ensworth is as poor of a value as Brentwood Academy, but I think its outrageous that it is that expensive. I could not have imagined paying that for one of the first graduating classes when it was closer to BA in that regard. But, hey, gotta pay for that natatorium, indoor tennis courts, basketball arena, etc. somehow. Frists arent going to front everything.

that Ensworth natatorium is sooooo nice. Vandy had an assistant swimming coach quit her job (as a freaking SEC assistant coach) to take over as head of their aquatics center $$$$$$
Dave Mustaine from Megadeth apparently lives in Nashville? Neat https://oct.co/essays/having-beer-dave-mustaine?utm_source=p4k
Did you ever sell any games you couldn't make? Is it hard to do with it being all electronic (and this season all mobile). Me and Penguin The Duck split a pair of seats in 316 for this season.
If it's like other Ticketmaster tickets you can just transfer them to someone's e-mail. Gah I gotta do everything round here And a quick Google search shows it's easy AF
We did not have a full season, so I did not. But, I have heard complaints about people that did try to. Apparently, they only let you transfer the tickets to other people with a predators account, not just to any other ticketmaster account. It may not be the case again this year, as they received alot of shit for it. I would call your ticket rep to find out your options. If you arent looking to make money, the team will buy them back from you. If you are trying to make money, I dont really have any advice for you.
what an oversight that Van Fleet band and your guy Tyler Childers are both playing around the corner from me in the coming weeks edit, and I just added in a bunch of dates for Childers as I forgot to look at The Basement calendars
You can have his ticket when he starts crying about driving downtown and being out late on a school night.
Hey guys, going on a little solo weekend vacation weekend of September 16. Looking forward to it, I hear nothing but great things.
October 30 I Prevail ,We Came as Romans, The Word Alive and Escape the Fate Marathon Music Works but what do I know
Found a normal person to rent my extra room for 3 nights for the eclipse. Been on AirBnB for years and has a lot of reviews as a host and guest. Here's hoping he doesn't murder me in my sleep. Just kidding, I sleep with my door locked. Hope he doesn't murder my roommate though.
Calling it now that this is going to become one of the most popular restaurants in town. https://nashville.eater.com/2017/8/11/16136202/hugh-babys-menu-pat-martin-nashville
Never mind. See that they are wanting it on the fairgrounds. Don't they still do the state fair there?
The MLS insistence on a brand new stadium for expansion teams just seems like a stupid fucking idea. I think soccer could do well here, but not that far from everything. I mean are there even any decent hotels or bars near the fairgrounds? Part of what makes Preds and Titans games so much fun is that they are walking distance to all sorts of other things to do. So it's like a $150 million franchisee fee, then another $150 million or more for a new stadium?
MLS should be insisting on new stadiums. Makes total sense for them to expect commitment from cities when they are choosing a select few. Vandy should stay put. But who cares about where they play football anyway.
$300 million investment into a league with a $90 million a year TV deal and by far lowest ratings among any pro league. Something like 80% of their revenue comes from ticket sales. I never realized how bad the TN state fair is. When it's dwarfed in attendance by county fairs that's an issue. That's not the best site for a fair at all so I could definitely see the need to re-purpose that site. But that kind of investment in MLS seems steep, especially with tax payer dollars.
MLS is a growth league. It is rising in popularity in U.S. among young males. So hard to look at current numbers to justify it.
I get that. But there are some pretty damning articles about the growth too. I'm no economist though. It just seems like they should get it closer to all the other attractions to give it the best shot. Why not revamp Vandy's current stadium for football and soccer? Other cities are getting to use dual purpose stadiums for MLS and they have much larger populations than Nashville does.
I liked that post and I'm now thinking that was a bad move. I probably don't want to know what that place is.
From your local real estate agent, invest in places near the fairground. You will make lots of money. Would be happy to talk to anyone about buying here - http://alloy37210.com/ I don't think there is anything as close to a home run in real estate as this if you plan on holding for more than 5 years.
