Finally just got to watch the season finale. Great ep. Tons of things happening. Glad to see Luis hang it up. Excited to see who the next broker they get is. Ryan's Aston Martin is pretty sweet. Shouldn't have gotten a drop top but I suppose I'd take it. $17.5 million is obviously a ton of money but it seems like that dude got 3 sweet ass places for that.

Tonight's episode Spoiler Lol at Luis making a 5 minute appearance this season and its just Ryan and Fredrik shitting all over him and his "plans". Also now that we're quite a ways through the season, I am sure that I like the edition of Steve Gold. Seems like a good dude. Isn't annoying and has the respect of the other two guys.
The last few episodes of the Real Husbands of Soho have been rough. Two straight episodes of no sales and the last one is the Paris trip so not looking great there either.
There was a portion of the last episode where I thought Ryan was gonna walk away. Thankfully that doesn't seem to be the case.
Watching season finale of MDLNY... Spoiler Fredrik still a bitch...complaining and literally crying about Steve having lunch with the developer. Hate that guy. Meanwhile Ryan telling the other broker how to do his job and still closing the deal. Buying other companies. Also Luis hating moving to Paris for no reason on a whim. I really hope he doesn't come back on the show.

Just a ridiculously good episode last night... Spoiler That estate in Bradbury that the Altmans got is beyond ridiculous. The only people who would buy that is a multi-billionaire who has 5+ other houses around the world. The best part of the episode was Flagg being a little silver spooned bitch and then his fiance calls him out on it on top of Josh calling him on his bullshit. I wish Flagg would be off the show but he's too good at being the bad guy who is always surrounded by drama.

Watched the second episode of the season... Spoiler Episode starts out great. Fredrik and Ryan showing awesome properties. Ryan's is a 7,000+ sq ft townhouse with a damn pool in the basement! Then....fucking Luis with his woe is me bullshit again. God damnit. Anyway...those clients of Ryan's are idiots. Agree with him to set the price at $9 mil and he gets them exactly that then they say no we want more. Shit would be infuriating.
