Oh god yes. Forgot it started tonight. Dvr is set but thanks for the reminder. BTW saw they have a San Francisco edition coming.
Great premier tonight. Can't wait for the inevitable falling out (again) for Ryan and Fredrik. It will be ridiculous I am sure.
I like how Ryan's boss wanted to be on TV so they made some ridiculous angle to make it happen. I wonder how many takes it took for them to finish each scene without cracking up laughing.
Luis can just jump off a cliff imo. They should look into recasting him next year. Ryan and Frederick are awesome as always
Ryan had me rolling this last episode. Luis was acting like such a creeper around that gorgeous woman who only agreed to go out with him to be on TV. "I'm with her and all I can think about is real estate."
Like with all shows like this, it's gotten to well known for its own good. As previously noted, it was apparent Ryan's boss just wanted to be on TV. Now this Russian dude is pimping his vodka and carrying around a truckload full of women all for show. It kinda pissed me off they even allowed that to be on the show. I'm tired of hearing about how Luis can't get laid. The whole Fredrik baby thing blows too. Don't get me wrong, I still like the show but it's turning into a soap opera instead of a real estate show.
i can see the angle though w/ frederic and the baby.. the top broker in nyc and his husband doesnt think hes ready for a baby bc he has the need to sell..
It's getting the full Bravo drama treatment. I enjoy some of the side action shit, but it used to be mostly about selling the real estate. I don't think that can be said anymore. New York is still way superior to all other versions, even with Luis wasting 15 minutes an episode.
Frederick is a badass man. Dude is legit. Not to mention a great actor for TV. Luis just needs to go. He's so pathetic they create a fake scene for him pretending to wake up late - to get $60k commision in brooklyn while Ryan and Freddie and banking $500k the same episode. Love seeing the guy that called Luis 'Ricky Ricardo' coming back this season. Also looks like Zach Vela has a nice development.
Damn this episode showed how small-time Luis really is. One of the people they show him interviewing to "join his team" just finished his freshman year of undergrad. Lauda (Gerrard's VP) is a total minx though. Meanwhile, Fredrick's Stockholm team doing Sweden's first skyscraper ever and will do $40M commission. Finally - that Greek mom that Ryan showed the house to at the beginning the episode had some amazing legs.
Ryan made me audibly laugh several times this last episode. I actually enjoy him on the show more than Fredrik. With that said, Luis is SO far behind Ryan and Fredrik in every conceivable way. He's boring and creepy on camera, and his properties are a pittance in comparison to the other two. He needs to go.
That Olivia is into some shit. Even outside of the furry thing, she said something like "I'm going to give you so many orders.
