Have annual vet checkups and shots gotten crazy expensive over the last few years? One dog and one cat ~$800, I swore I used to pay $300 combined.
Had me looking real serious at no/low cost vaccine pop ups last year Had one at my local brewery, and that was a no brainer
Mannn, I've gone deep in the Galgo rabbit hole. It's pretty sad, beware. With all the Greyhound tracks closing in the US, I may adopt a Galgo from Spain whenever I get another dog. It's a sad rabbit hole... Basically, their considered a trash breed and either just left on their own, put down, or whatever in Spain. I love my Greyhound, so I think it's a perfect fit.
God damnit RIP brownie. It's a rough life out there for a stray in Indonesia Our guy in Jakarta found her yesterday morning in a field and buried her for us because he knew we'd appreciate it. He also sent a picture, which I could have done without
anyone have advice on dogs scratching? i think it's allergies but not certain. we moved to texas a few months ago and so it's a new environment. i'm not really seeing anything in her hair or on the skin that would necessitate so much scratching but she's scratching like 10x more than she used to.
Do it in the morning for now to see if theres any improvement I assume no change in diet since y’all moved…. so its probably environmental like certain grasses, weeds, pollen, etc
Apparently our 3yo and 7mo Aussiedoodles have learned to hunt in tandem. They’ve murked three rabbits today.
our 11 month old Aussiedoodle will chase everything but is also afraid of everything. Will almost catch a goose but will immediately stop if they look at her, cute af tho Spoiler
also that is not a shock collar, just vibrates (which also scares her) to keep her from jumping in the fucking lake which she loves to do at most inconvenient times. Will swim around fence and then it's impossible to catch her
they’re becoming more efficient. another rabbit down this morning. I’m gonna have to put a bell on the door to try and give the rabbits a chance.
