yeah I'd fallen for the guy, but if he's getting that kind of bag for the late stages of his career and we're getting that kind of return I'm good with entering the summer market for a new 9 that a (hopefully) new manager can build around, the incoming market's also ramping up drastically so maybe we can make a splash here

 

They doubled the fee they paid for him, and I doubt the front office was keen on paying a ton on a long term contract for a 29 year old made of glass.

I can't believe Sosa hasn't taken off. He showed tons of potential
