If we’re going the cheap/inexperienced route, Vieira is my strong preference.

and I know Vieira had his own character flaws but it bothers me a little bit that Arteta wasn't the most well-liked among his teammates. maybe that could be a good thing but I don't know if that will work for a first time coach on a team where he played with half the squad.
