Finally located my scale. Somehow it got put in a random basket that ended up in my unfinished basement. Updated the sheet, but if I’m DQ I get it. Don’t think I’ll win either way after wasting the past few weeks eating like crap. Was shocked I was below 240 tbh.
Down 6lbs, but I haven't been watching the scale at all. Finally got cleared of some health issues and now I'm ready to really start. 10 weeks and 14lbs to go!
Have had a rough couple of weeks. My grandfather passed away and have had family at the house so haven’t really been great on the diet. Haven’t gained any weight, but haven’t lost any either.

Going to start weighing myself daily after tomorrow, see how it goes. Always been a weekly/same day guy, but want more data to see what it ends up looking like. As I jump form 40g Carbs to 60g next week. Really looking forward to potatoes in a week.

Don't think I'll get to 200# in 5 weeks before my trip. 205 seems like it'll be a little bit of a stretch too at 2.5 a week. Sub 200 is my end goal. Think I've got a decent shot
I'd like to think I hit a plateau but I just had a bad week with some kids' bday parties and St. Patrick's day. Hadn't drank in 3 weeks and honestly having a few drinks now just makes me feel worse and fucks with my sleep. Spring break is in a week and a half and when I get past that I'll really try to kick it into gear until late May. That plateau is definitely coming once I get sub 210 though.

Yesterday consisted of about a dozen pieces of chocolate candy, slice of carrot cake and key lime pie, servings of potatoes and mac and cheese and about 20oz of ribeye. Using leftover ribeye for Philly cheesesteak tonight. Caramelizing onions as we speak and finished off the key lime pie earlier at lunch. #springbreak
Checking in. Missed the start of this. Started trying to make changes 4 weeks ago. Started at 217.8 lowest so far is 211.4 up today after Easter and basketball to 212.4. Can't seem to crack 210. tracking calories and lifting beginner weights 4 times a week. So easy to get fat. Work hard to do the right thing for weeks and lose a pound or to. 2 shit days and boom 1.5 pounds back on.

Tuesday I was down to 4lbs, then Wed down another 3. Then pretty much mainlined all week. Got down to 214.2 on Thurs, then jump to 215 on Friday, then down to 214.4 on Sat and stayed consistent through today. Got two week push now to vacation #1. I wanted to be 205, but that is unlikely. Hopefully I can go strong and get sub 210.
April is so rough for me. I have 2 of my kids birthdays and 0 self control. Birthday Cake and a trip to a Brazillian Steakhouse wrecked me, and more birthday cake and dinners coming in the next week.
I did pretty good start of this thing, last month has been rough though. 3 different trips and went really hard in the paint this last weekend in Phoenix for the final four. Going to dive in hard now though to finish this thing out, have a trip to Curacao end of May for an anniversary trip, so that gives me 6 weeks to really go hard.

My birthday is this weekend. I haven't drank in 90 days. Going on a surf trip on 4/22. Don't think I'm going to drink for the week, just going to surf and try to eat healthy. Really trying to hit 200 by 5/22/End of Comp.
Congratulations to everyone that has kept making progress. I lasted about two weeks at the beginning. Happy to say I've been to the gym 7 of the last 8 nights though. Going to get this right before 4th of July.
I started off really disciplined, measuring and weighing all my food, working out 6 days a week. Then life got in the way for various reasons and I've been yo-yo'ing between 179 and 181 for like two months now. If I just tighten up on ONE of either eating better or just working out more consistently, I'd be fine. If I did both, I'd be killing it. I've been doing neither. :(
I'm not in the competition but have been losing weight so I decided to try some pants on that I thought I'd never fit into ever again (honestly almost threw them out when I moved 6 months ago) and they all fit great. So keep it going you can hit goals.

Wanted 208 (originally 200). Had some extra pizza for.my birthday this weekend, bur walked ~20 miles between Fri-Sun...so. or sure how much bloat I'll have. I started re-balancing my Macros around Week 11. Started eating more overall and a ton more carbs. I think my body has adjusted a bit and back to hitting ~3lb lost regularly. Might need to up calories again. Been pretty consistent with the macros below
Broke 210 this morning. . Think 208 should be in reach for my trip. Pretty dead set on not drinking at all, so hopefully I can eat healthy and be in the water constantly for a ton of exercise. I think sub 200 might be in reach. One thing I've done differently this time, which seems to work pretty well, is stop tracking exercise. I lift & try to get 10k steps in, but I'm not trying to pair food to calories burned. Just hit 2400 calories daily and know I'll be in a good deficit overall.

Interested to see what the scale says tomorrow. Weekend in Vegas is over and any breaks during the conference I walked up and down the strip so I was as getting about 10 miles a day in. Hopefully that counteracts getting pissed drunk every night.
Been lifting and getting back into shape the past 2 weeks. Scale was slowly going up, but just had a huge drop today and I can finally run a hilly 5K in my neighborhood route in under 30 minutes again. Google sheets says my permissions have been removed from the document. Did I get disqualified or something? :(
Same issue for me. Maybe because Where Eagles Dare is out of the country? That shouldn’t matter though.
