Need title change to The Walking Dead Thread: You look Ridiculous. I thought that was the best line of the season.
The premieres and finales are usually pretty good for TWD standards. If you get two more good eps in between, that's a win.
the hospital arc still pisses me off. Waste of a few episodes and all we got out of it was a dead black guy who brought nothing to the group.
Just in case you needed a reason to dislike Seth Gilliam in real life... http://radiotvtalk.blog.ajc.com/201...-for-dui-drug-possession-speeding-at-107-mph/
If you were able to continue watching this shit after Carl's Pudding scene, I feel bad for you as a human being.
Not entirely disagreeing, but the sentiment would pack more punch coming from someone who doesn't post in Survivor and Real World: Battle of the Exes threads.
Must've missed the whole Morgan against Rick in Alexandria while reading the comics. Hope that was just a trailer scene meant to misdirected us.
Fear the walking dead premiere tonight. I'm excited because I hope it's good, but fully expect it to suck. Although I was reading the zombies in it aren't zombies, they're "infected" a la 28 days later so supposedly they should be more dangerous and make things a little more exciting.
Yea it's supposed to be but who knows. I guess they needed to do some things to make it different from the original other than location and characters.
They just refer to them as infected in their area at least to start. We've seen the walkers called other things in just one region (geeks, biters, rotters, etc.) so moving out to LA we get another name. I actually thought the trailer looked interesting and had some potential because you don't really get to see a lot of the outbreak in these zombie movies most of the time and that seems to be basically the focus of probably just about the entire first season of this show. But reading some previews it seems they have a lot of the same issues the main show has. Being a long-time fan of the genre I'll still probably watch like some kind of god damn retard.
Should be plenty different - life as the outbreak is happening in one of the most populated areas in the country instead of rural Georgia.
Casting call [JASON] Late 20s-30s, CAUCASIAN / LATINO. Smart, friendly, and charming with a puckish sense of humor. He can be a thief, but he'll only steal half of what you have, and only if he knows it won't cause any permanent damage. He's generally a benevolent guy -- pretty much making friends with everyone he meets.RECURRING GUEST STAR W/ SERIES OPTION FOR SUBSEQUENT SEASONS (7/16). ARTIST MUST BE AVAILABLE 8/22-11/19. Spoiler Jesus?
And going to explore a ghetto drug den where a kid says people were killed, by yourself in the middle of the night.
if he doesn't alert the police, i may be out. even if you don't buy the zombie theory, there is blood everywhere. it's a goddamn crime scene
Is it really that hard to write a zombie story that involves people who act in a believable manner to a zombie outbreak? I hate the writers already, but I will continue watching because the premise is good enough to carry shitty writing. The two teachers are both good actors, so at least that helps.
The black teach/administrator looks exactly like Pres Obama. I thought it was okay. Hoping all the best for Mrs Seracen.
