meanwhile Malik Beasley (who shot 35% from 3 for us) is shooting 47% from 3 this season this franchise is like allergic to 3 pt shooting
just looked up opponent 3PT FG% against us, I'm shocked we weren't in the bottom 5. I swear it feels like every team makes 15+ at 40% or better a night
instead of rolling with the same lineup that made the WCF last year, Darvin Ham became infatuated with Cam Reddish and here we are
How we feeling at the trade deadline? I'm team "only make small moves for 2nd rounders" and basically just stand pat. I don't think Murray or any other big swing changes the fortune of this season much, especially if they are gonna keep Darvin all year Need a backup defensive C and another wing defender to replace Vando
he seems happy there (happy by Kyrie standards) and they are a playoff team this year so I doubt he's available at all. Doubt we'd have enough to get him anyways
I keep seeing us in talks for Dejounte Murray and I have no idea why, he does not help us with what we need which is shooting. I am not sure what realistic changes they could make, the roster is not perfect but it is not awful, the teams lack of success is more a testament to how incompetent Ham is. I agree that the team needs a backup defensive center but aside from that the only moves I see that could help would getting a shooter somehow but not sure who is available and what it would cost
Nothing we do at the deadline could make a big enough impact vs the odds of making a run with the current group. Hold tight and get Donovan Mitchell in the summer.
Took that dunce Ham long enough to realize Rui should be playing more than Prince. Max christie still needs more minutes as well.
