https://www.on3.com/db/isaiah-hamilton-175876/ This guys is also setting up a visit, had a really solid season at Houston last year
I'm a sunshine pumping homer to my core but I guess I understand why a bunch of dudes don't want to come be a placeholder starter for us until Bak and Z Brown figure it out enough to take their job.
Sat next to Doug Belks mama on the flight to Phoenix in 2016 for the Clemson title game. He was a GA then and trying to figure out whether he was gonna go to Georgia with Kirby or not. Ended up taking the DB job at WVU. She was a really neat lady.
these new visitors do seem promising though. It just seems Deboer/Wommack/Morgan have to decide if any of them are worth paying for.
what do you think the percentage of the NIL is going to offense compared to defense under DeBoer? 60% 40%?
Our secondary is very inexperienced but our front 7 is nasty. Don't see teams having success on the ground consistently against our D. Hopefully our pass rush is good enough to help out the young secondary
PFF Stats from last year Isaiah Hamilton (Houston) - 71.6 overall grade - 78.1 coverage grade - 38/58 for 450 yards against (long of 38) - 4 PBUs, 4 INT - 89.0 NFL QB Rating against Dashawn Jones (Wake Forest) - 67.0 overall grade - 66.8 coverage grade - 39/58 for 446 yards against (long of 48) - 0 PBUs, 3 INT - 91.6 NFL QB Rating against
who knows. too early to tell so far with so many guys on deals done under Saban. He may need to put extra money into defense just to sway guys to come. After a season of our offense on film I'm sure recruiting skill players on offense will not be a problem.
I just did a Google search and was surprised it’s actually el Gran Perro Colorado. I called it quits in Spanish 2 in high school when you had to do the verb conjugation so I have no clue where Colorado comes from
he's still gotta do the unc visit, yeah? if we got close to but didnt quite reach his financial demands then might as well see if they will. or see if the the pay cut is worth it to play for oats. who knows. murph seems confident though.
We reported in the nuggets on Wednesday that former Houston DB Isaiah Hamilton was expected in for a visit this weekend. We also said the visit was still being ‘finalized’. Hamilton’s trip is officially set. He will arrive on Friday and is staying until Sunday. Hamilton mentioned Michigan, Ole Miss and Mizzou as other schools of interest on Wednesday. We have not heard of any other OV plans yet. Other visitors this weekend: USA LB Khalil Jacobs (Saturday) Wake Forest DB Dashawn Jones (Saturday) No. 1 HS LB Ty Jackson (Friday) In-state OL Micah DeBose (Friday)
We have the #6 class for 2024 and it's super early. Tim Watts has been talking about how it's a good class and people need to shut up about CDBs recruiting. Most the class committed way after Saban was gone. But how much of it was due to ground work that Saban began years ago? And don't you have to give some credit to CDB for getting them to commit even if Saban started the relationship?
we aren't going to know truly how good of a recruiter Debo is for a few years. but i think he's off to a pretty good start. and he's kept a lot more Saban recruits than I thought he would.
I assume it means three McD’s AAs If he doesn’t get these dudes, Nate needs to drop him, shit’s annoying as fuck.
