That cool Ramsey finish gave me some optimism for the current side. Gabriel wasn't perfect but thought he had another solid game, it's so much easier to press high up the field when our CBs are the fastest players on the field. I love Per so much but I need Gabriel-Kos in my life.

Nwakali won the golden ball. He was 16 for this tournament. He was also on the U17 teams that took second at 14, two years ago. I have no idea how much he played, could not find that info. Definitely the Nigerian Shaqiri.
I think we saw glimpses of his old form earlier in the season before he got injured. Getting him a consistent stretch of playing time is huge given how much of his game is predicated on his workrate. But, yes, if he goes on a run like he did a few seasons ago...
