It was SUPER obvious they were going to lose the playoff game when they took 45 minutes of episode to get through the first half of it.
Guess I should’ve stopped watching City the season they were on All or Nothing so I didn’t have the tv show spoiled. That’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on this board
Oops. Thank you for pointing that out, didn’t realize. Guess the closest thing we have that isn’t soccer related is Hard Knocks and those air pretty quickly
This female cop Saskia Barkley is cute af She can pull me over anytime of course she is dating a hooligan though
Those last couple clips with that dreaded song choice But it also gave us a great point: “Do men get close with each other because they love sports, or do men play sports because they want to get close with each other?” Mind blown
I’ll take Wrexham over those pansies in Manchester, Liverpool, Chelsea, or Tottenham any day of the week!
been binging this show (on ep 17) and I don’t know if there’s something wrong with me but this show elicits more emotion from me than any I can remember. this episode on sports with dads and sons is destroying me.
I didn’t realize that the tall guy they sent over to rub the club in their stead was married to Megan, the writer on IASIP and the producer of the pod.
Episode that dropped yesterday was oh so good. Love this show. Probably my favorite active show on TV right now.
That last episode when Charlie starts crying when they score is so cool. He seems like such a pure hearted dude “I’m freaking out and emotional because I don’t want to see you fail.” Glen on the other hand is the complete opposite. I think there is slight bit of jealousy with him but I also think that’s kind of his personality. I get the same feeling at times during the podcast when they interact.
