Disagree on every song sounding the same. He's a good songwriter, but pretty limited guitar player. He plays the same chord shapes for a lot of songs but the songwriting makes the difference. His albums are my road trip albums. Great to put on and pass the time with
You could maybe say that about his early albums that he cut with his buddies on an iPhone. But American Heartbreak and Zach Bryan are much more complete records.
Watching Red Rocks now for the second or third time. I put in for the lottery on this one and would have traveled unprepared for the elements if I won.
Anyone know anyone in need of as many as 6 tickets together for Zach Bryan at Legacy Arena in Birmingham on Friday March 22? Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Sec 117, Row V
Saw him last weekend in Birmingham. Amazing how young the crowd is. Also a whole lot of women. Seems like he is The musician of that generation. I am 34 and felt old there. Anyways he rocked I can’t wait to see him again.
He’s an A+ performer with simple songs that are easy to sing along to, a new age Elvis if you will. It doesn’t surprise me that he and his stuff appeals to a mass audience, especially a young one. But he is going to have to evolve to have real staying power. Childers runs circles around him, musically and lyrically.
I think he’s already evolved quite a bit. The stuff on self-titled is significantly more polished than what’s on DeAnn.
I went to the Summit the day after and alsmot everyone was wearing the concert shirts Also putting the #Coors Light on ice now
I'm 41 and most of the people around me were young high school or college aged, mostly female. Which makes it more surprising since tickets in our area were $250+/ticket. Great show and I'll go again next time he is in Chicago.
