Spoiler you think it was Steph? I liked the idea of him not going down that path and killing Sully. Plus whoever did that was a one shot kill without even breaking stride so it seems like someone that has killed before. that would be a big leap for a kid to do on their first time even shooting a gun. Plus the Irish were supposed to be these big baddies that killed the Moroccans without a care in the world so it’s hard to imagine them not getting revenge. I actually was thinking his car was going to blow up and he would die that way as retaliation for killing the Irish
Spoiler I think it was either the Irish or maybe the guy that was trying to help Dushane escape. I think the point is that Sully was a dickhead that made a lot of enemies and it could be any of them.
Fine finale The nursing home shit made me queasy before the fact Bless up to you and yours Only 1 person to feel bad about
Also not sure it matters 1 but but definitely struck me as the Irish at the end Same sort of killing at the stables
I know this show is done, but I wish wish it got more acclaim. I think in 2-3 years people will be like this shit is badass. Which I guess is what happened to Summerhouse
I think not being an American (North or South) drug story causes many people to dismiss it without giving it a chance. It’s what Power should have been considering all the hype it gets from people and executives.
Never even heard about it until it popped up on Netflix for the new season. About to start it. I’ve always liked stuff about the seedy side of London crime. I just assume it’s in London based off the accents in the clip that plays when you hover over the title
It’s one of my favorite shows of all time, but yeah no matter how many people I recommend it to, rarely anyone follows up and watches it……their loss
I love how everything is like 6 degrees of separation and the writers play chess with things that happen. Yes, Sully killed Steph brother and Erin's dad, but Sully biggest beef with Jaime was because he was the reason Sully had to kill Dris. So when Erin is telling the story of the night her dad died you remember oh shit Sully killed dad bec his brother convinced him to turn on his best mates.
Just finished Summerhouse. Definitely enjoying it. It keeps getting messier and messier. Glad Dushanbe didn’t have to kill Michael
Summerhouse is just ok, but gives really good background for the seasons starting with Jaime which are amazing imo.
they get better. Eventhough Summerhouse was good, I don't think TopBoy really hit it's stride until season 3.
Agreed, definitely a bit of a Soprano's ripoff. There is no answer, but the Irish make the most sense to me in terms of the story and their story abruptly ending after the old age home shooting. That felt like it required closure so I am guessing this would be it. The Dushane guys doesn't work for me because ti was too soon, and he would have no way of really knowing what happened.
In my mind, I'll picture it as Ranell. That kid was cold as hell. But obviously it's open to whomever
Spoiler: Spoiler I love that Stef didn’t kill Sully, kind of a break the wheel type of moment. But then as expected, someone offs Sully and keeps the wheel of the drug game turning. Really great season all around. Sully killed enough people and made enough enemies that 15 people could have killed him for various reasons.
Just finished last night, such a pleasant surprise of a show.Think this video clears up who did it. https://m.youtube.com/shorts/ugPf1wcQVLw
Pause at 57-58 seconds, killer had a shitty British-Irish haircut. I don't even care but seemed like it was clearly the Irish.
I can't see it and I am not sure why they would leave a clue like that if they wanted us to know. They would have made it more obvious. That said, I am mostly convinced it was the irish. Otherwise there was almost no point to that storyline and where they left it.
