What we like tonight? Cal +24 @ Oregon O/U 65 WKent +11.5 @ MTSU O/U 54 Kinda leaning towards Over in the 1st game. gun to my head I'd take Oregon - points but don't really like either side a whole lot Leaning towards WKent in other game
Like both Overs. Lean to MTSU & Oregon Best play for me is: 3 Team 10 point teaser -120 Middle Tennessee State -1 Over 55 Over 44
Im up about 700 on my book. I went Oregon -24 for 100, Over 66 for 200. Yankees on ML for 300 and Yankee RL for 100. Classic dumb gambler guy. I'll prob lose it all and more tonight. Fingers crossed.
I took MTSU -10 and stayed away from Oregon all together. If I took anything it'd be Oregon -24 and under 64
If I only impart one piece of solid information....let it be this.. The sun belt conference is fixed, and you would be wise to only ever take the underdogs...
I think Oregon's O keeps sputtering...with a couple big plays thrown in. I don't trust either QB in this one to separate.
Tonight was some bullshit, but I did put together a nice little teaser for Saturday WVU -13 LSU -7 Kentucky +27.5 UNC -7 Ga Tech -8 Michigan -1 Purdue -7.5 Pretty happy with that teaser. Plus since most of the games in it are 11am games, aside from LSU and Michigan, I can see how I do in the morning and if I see I've won all the morning games. I'll feel confident with LSU and Michigan so I can go out and start some other singles. My goal was to turn 20 into 200 this weekend. We will see how that goes.
I can't remember one time when I've seen MTSU play on a weeknight in the "NTV spotlight" and they didn't play like a highschool. Maybe they just can't handle pressure
ok...there are more double digit dogs that are outright winners in the SBC than just about every other conference, combined. Underdogs the past 6 years have performed 15% better in the SBC than the next closest conference. But, even more alarming, side with the most public backing has lost over 75% of the time in that 6 year span. (my data only goes back 6 years). The MAC, all the ohio and small michigan schools, has some interesting trends as well...
So far tonight... Sun Belt underdogs are winning outright in 2 of 3 games. The one underdog losing was the only underdog backed by public money. Meaning the anti-money play is winning all 3 games.
