We each pick a club and then do a snake draft 23 rounds. First 11 rounds have to be your starters and format for selecting is: 2 each from Prem, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Serie A and then 2 other from any other leagues. 1 wildcard for a 3rd from one of those. No one else but me is required to have FC 24. Everyone gives me their formation, tactics, player instructions and I update the rosters and put those in then create a league with all our squads and run a simulation with a Matchday per day. Then will tag posters for any forced changes due to injuries, cards, etc.
Cool. You can also make changes to formation/tactics/instructions throughout the season. There will likely be some sort of forced change that alters your lineup but if not, I tend to be flexible once we get past Matchday 10 with maybe swapping out guys but still keeping the format. I also typically run a Champions League and cup where I’m very lenient on lineups
