I’m scooping that pimento cheese out with some makeshift seasoned saltines. Olive oil, soffrito, parsley and some cayenne. I didn’t even look up how to do them and just winged it. They pretty badass though.

I like pimento cheese with crackers. The pimento cheese sandwiches at The Masters are not great and I stand by that.
