He was very funny and after his problems seemed like a very candid, open person. I've been told I have a lot in common with him, both sense of humor and unfortunately, other things, and this hurts to see. Rest in peace dude. I hope Janice doesn't show up there.
You can literally pass out from staying in a jacuzzi too long, why you are not supposed to stay in one for longer than 30 minutes. Your body gets hot and sends too much blood to the extremities to try to cool and not enough goes to the brain and you faint. Next thing you know you are underwater, lungs fill up with water breathing and dead. Could be drugs involved but plenty of people die in jacuzzis from this alone.
Are people that own a jacuzzi and use it all the time or once in a blue mooners more susceptible to this?
has more to do with water temp and fitness/health than anything. The hotter the water, the more risk. The better health/circulation one has the lower the risk.
I like jacuzzi's for like 10 mins max. Almost every one I've gotten in just feels too hot to me. The best feeling isn't the jacuzzi itself, its the feeling of jumping in a pool immediately after getting out of a jacuzzi.
Was at breakfast with my kids this morning and overheard a heavyset dorky older guy talking to the host. Heavyset Dork: God, did you hear about Matthew Perry? Host: No. Heavyset Dork: Died. Drowned in the jacuzzi. I thought the host was going to cry.
I grew up on the show, I don’t care that it’s not cool to like it anymore, he was a big part of my childhood. Really sad to hear the news of his passing.
