As a former baritone choirfag, I always appreciated a good fortissimo.

 

As a former marching band trumpet player, I never played below forte regardless of markings.

What was annoying is that only about 1/5 of high school "basses" can actually sing bass.

played the trombone from grades 6-8. Wanted to play the drums, parents said No. After 8th grade I came to the realization that playing in Band would most likely thwart my efforts in hooking up with a chick so I switched to sports.

I was a trumpet fag until high school and the band director realized I would be boss at baritone.

In the fifth grade our entire class had a choir/band show. It was pretty standard everyone's parents came and recorded it and whatnot. Everyone had to be in choir but you didnt have to be in band. I was the only one in my class not in band. After the choir performed everyone in band went to their seats in the band and I was left alone on the risers while the band did their thing. But hey, at least I wasnt in band.

Needless to say, I didnt get that meme
