White bean chicken chili. 2 (14.5-ounce) cans white beans 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 medium jalapeno pepper, minced 1 large onion, chopped 2 stalks of celery, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced salt and pepper 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 2 limes, juiced, plus lime wedges, for serving 3 chicken breasts, chopped or 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves Sour cream, for topping Add the canola oil to a large Dutch oven and heat it over medium-high heat. Cook the raw chicken breasts in the oil, stirring frequently, until done. Add the peppers, onions, celery, and garlic and saute until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, and pepper, to taste. Add the cumin and chili powder and continue to saute for 1 more minute to toast the spices. Stir in the chicken stock, and lime juice and bring to a simmer. Add the beans and continue to simmer for 20 more minutes. Stir in the cilantro and simmer until heated through, about 5 more minutes. Serve the chili in individual bowls topped with a dollop of sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and lime wedges. I was gonna say fuck it to the lime and crap and addroasted poblanos and put a habanero in it but the rest seems good
also, i can make a recipe thread or something that will have a bunch of good ones my mac and cheese recipe is the shit 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) grated extra-sharp cheddar1 cup (4 ounces) grated Monterey Jack1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan or Gruyere2 1/2 cups milk3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for the dish3 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground mustard1 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg1 clove garlic, crushed2 cups panko breadcrumbs1/2 cup butter, melted1 8 ounce box of macaroniPreheat the oven to 375 degrees. Boil the macaroni but not too long. Have it cook for like 10-12 minutesCombine the cheddar, Monterey Jack and Gruyere cheeses in a medium bowl. Transfer 1 cup of cheese to a small bowl; reserve for topping.Put a tablespoon of butter in a pot and sautee the garlic for a bit. Then in the same pot add the milk and flour. Let it get warm and keep on whisking it until it thickens. Then add the spices and whisk it some more. Then mix 2 cups of the cheese into the sauce. It should become a cheese sauce. Keep on whisking it and don't put it on too high of a heat or else it'll scald.Add the boiled macaroni to the cheese sauce. Then add some shredded cheese in there too. Then take the melted butter (you can use a microwave) and put in the bread crumbs and mix it with the butter. Note - I also put a little bit of cheese in it tooTransfer the mixture of macaroni and chese sauce to a glass baking dish. Top with the bread crumbs and, and bake in the top-third of the oven for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly, but the inside is still creamy. You'll realize its done when the bread crumbs get brown.
Oops, did you make your own recipes? Passed down from family? You seem to have a good one for just about everything.

Haha, NIN radio. Last summer that song came on when I was in the car with my parents. I was in the backseat, couldn't change it. Awkward...
Very likely that it's been done in some form, but I just made it again because I'm raging really bad right now. Be kind
Hell they say its the last game we'll play. They say its the end of the era. I don't know what I don't know. But I know this. For hundred some odd years they've looked down their fucking noses at us. They said we were country, farm boy, redneck, hayseed, sheep...you know the drill. We were #2. NOT. QUITE. GOOD. ENOUGH. And maybe they were fucking right. Maybe we did hang on to coaches a little too long. Maybe we kissed after TDs a little too much. Maybe we should of demanded more? Maybe we'd have our own network and a national title or 2? But when this school broke ground - we were NEVER PROMISED 1 GODDAMNED THING. And that's what separates US from THEM. It always HAS and it always WILL. Our fucking heritage is on the fields, behind the plow, dirt in our fucking faces. The truth is and what they won't tell you is we were supposed to stay in those fields. "You guys grow the crops - we'll bang the banker's daughter and sip tea under the refrigerated air." But shit changed. And we gotta answer to own master. The road wont be easy, but when was it EVER easy for us? When most of our school was wiped out in foreign wars? When they gave a medical college and a law college to them and told us to stick to growing crops? When we had to recruit football players that also had to be soldiers? But guess what - A sense of entitlement was something God left out when he made the TEXAS AGGIE. So we plow our goddamned fields. We clear our own fucking brush. And we'll make our own path. Approval? Bend over and get fvcked. We've earned this right to blaze our own trail. We filled that fcking stadium through a lot of lean years. WE. NEVER. WALKED. OUT. AT. HALF. We're not asking for your blessing for anything. Never forget that. Please laugh when we go 4-8. Please tell us what a mistake we have made. But I want you to remember 1 damn thing. After WE BEAT YOUR ASS TOMORROW NIGHT. YOUR GONNA LOOK DOWN AT US LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO. BUT YOU'RE GONNA LOOK DOWN WITH A BLOODY FUCKING NOSE THAT IS BENT TO ONE SIDE. AND EVERY FUCKING MORNING WHEN YOU WAKE UP YOUR GONNA LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND YOUR GONNA KNOW IT WAS A FIGHTING TEXAS AGGIE THAT LEFT YOU DEFORMED. WE DID THAT TO YOU. THROUGH OUR BLOOD, OUR SWEAT, OUR TEARS, OUR SACRIFICE, WE'VE EARNED THE RIGHT TO POP YOU IN THE FUCKING NOSE ONE LAST TIME. AND WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT COUNT. and GOOD BYE TO texas university.... GOD BLESS THE TEXAS AGGIES. -THRILL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iotOdjqumn4&feature=related
