I think of the things we need to do is better at the technical stuff than other clubs as a way to bring in new revenues. I checked and apparently there is no TV deal for this league and the BSP TV deal is complete shit and some clubs do offer internet streams so legally we look good there. I know we could sell a bunch just here. Here is an article on it http://www.twohundredpercent.net/?p=8649
I haven't seen anything for this club in particular. I think they have a bar like almost every team in their stadium.
Agree that we need to blow other teams out of the water on the tech side. We have a lot of tech folks here. Sponsors will be the key to success.
Yeah the clubhouse thing is interesting. Generally you can be open before kickoff and after kickoff. I think there is like an hour before kickoff and after kikcoff that you cannot be open. I would drink with supporters. We are going to need to be as tranparent and friendly with these folks. I want to build a strong fanbase.
Fuck gillingham. Millwall is closest championship side. Would love to get some of their fans. Definitely a partnership of some sorts would be ideal. Also West Ham is not that far away. A great youth academy to pull cheap young talent from and sell on later.
I would love to see how the stadium is constructed. If you can't drink in the stands why not allow people sitting in the bar to see the game? I know construction is expensive but making the stadium fan friendly not only by adding seats, adding TV's and maybe changing the bar could all help add to the popularity of this team.
Definitely. The clubhouse will be key to our success. We do not have lot of ground to expand on either.
I looked at their "club store" and they don't have a whole lot of items. We may try looking into expanding the # of items available
