That was via radar and I'd be careful when ppl use that kind of language. So many things to consider... sampling height/distance from radar, type of radar, etc.

I'm not positive the full methodology here, but it's a ML type probabilistic forecast, so caveats apply, but it's the highest I think I've seen this particular "forecast"product. Tomorrow has very high end potential, but lots of uncertainty still
