Im still a few months off before i can upgrade, but i still didn't think of that. Come to think of it i think i have a really old iphone lying around that i might be able to make work. Thanks!
Yeah you should be good at 4 months for that then- only reason we waited was she was such a great sleeper otherwise, and was going down pretty early still
My son will soon be 13, everything they say about teenagers eating more it true. I can't keep food in the house, were at a party Monday he ate a hotdog, 2 burgers, plate full of salad, sides, fruit, desert then later when he was home he was eating again....
Competition truly gets the best results. Foster kid (3) and daughter (2.5) were close to being potty trained, we made it a competition between the 2 Results. Both kids are pull-up free within 7 days and everybody gets Ice cream and an up coming visit to WDW if they go the whole month with no accidents.
The other night, I made steak for supper. My 3 year old loves steak (and Brussels sprouts) and we were having a talk about how steak gives us big muscles. A little while later, we were giving the boys a bath and out of nowhere little Odin blurts out, "Steak gives us a big penis!" We both looked at each other to make sure we heard what we thought we heard and then I was all like Wife was all Later that night, I was sexing the wife and she commented on how big I felt. I couldn't help myself and said, "Well, we did have steak tonight."
One of my wife's friends brought her shitty kids over to my house today while she visited with my wife. The 10/11 year old girl found a rubber stamp and stamped my guest comforter 4 or 5 times and then rubbed a shit load of ink into a small plate sized circle on the carpet which is now stained blue. This is not the first time her shitty kids have been shitty at my house (not wanting to play with my kid or even humoring him when he's way younger, shutting my dog in a closet, etc. etc.). Sorry. Had to vent but FUCK those kids. They will not be welcomed back. I mean, who does that?
2 weeks here, and then 8 weeks off. Good timing as #1 who is almost 3 just slept in his bed for the 1st time ever, and he seems to like it.
3 years ago, it would have been REALLY weird to walk out of the bathroom to some applause and a "Yay, daddy peed in the potty!". Now it seems like an great technique to get the 2 y/o potty trained.
We got our son a Kindle Fire with the kids account thing. 1 year or 2 year can't remember no questions asked replacement, time limits, reading and learning goals, etc. That thing is awesome. I've got it setup to where he has to do 20 minutes of reading before he can play games, and it shuts off 15 minutes after his bed time.
I guess that is a benefit of being a male nurse. No way could my boss say no to my paternity leave request when all my co workers get maternity leave.
I was joining the military around the same time I was potty training 1/3. A bunch of the guys had a huge problem doing the piss test cuz they have to actually watch the piss leave your body. I walked in, unzipped, peed, left. Got asked later how it was so easy. Told them that I'd had someone watching me pee like 75% of the time the last two months. Got some weird looks.
My son had some of the same issues... So we (see: Wife) as first time parents decided it was better to do everything to sooth... so at 10 months our little guy still wakes up mid night for a 8oz formula bottle. Eventually he will kick it but my wife couldn't let him cry it out. It killed her and I couldn't convince her to keep trying. Good luck
4-6 months is the rule. We did it with the twins at 5 months and they have slept through the night, every night since January 5th. They were good sleepers prior to CIO, with the notable exception of a 5 week stretch after we took them to Grandparents house in AR for Thanksgiving. On the first night we went in 3 times. After that, they were money. It is really hard for some folks but I was able to rationalize it by acknowledging how beneficial it would be in the long run. Good luck!
@cnnireport: Sweden steps up for dads, again. The country plans to extend paternity leave for a third month http://t.co/uK7RjRU9cC http://t.co/MtGKoDf5nV
From experience, he'll kick it around 22 months unless you kick it for him. I'd suggest switching to 4 ounces of water asap. Then replacing that with hugs a month or two later. Otherwise, you'll be giving him milk at midnight until whenever you decide to not when he's 2. 8 ounces at midnight is way too much At 10 months.
We visited our 2 week old nephew today and holy shit newborns are awful. I can't believe I'm about to have another one.
We did it with our oldest when she was 6 months. She cried 45 minutes the first night, 5 minutes the second and none at all on the third night. Then a few nights later we let her back in bed with us and now, 3.5 years later, we're just now getting her back in her own bed. Don't do that.
Getting ready for the best Father's Day ever coming up. Sunday and Monday of that weekend, taking him to LEGO Land (my first time, he's been there before), doing the park one day, the water park the next day, staying at the brand new hotel out there in between. I am excite.
Today is my oldest's 9th birthday. My backyard is under construction so we decided, 2 months ago, that we'd have a party at a roller rink (his idea), that all of our family plus his friends would be invited, so that we wouldn't need to have anything at the house. Tonight will be the third party he gets, the roller party plus two at the house.
If anyone ITT would have a firearm on a 6-year-old baseball team's uniforms, it would definitely be oknole
Our little girl is 6mos old tomorrow. Wow it has flown by. We're taking her and my 2yo niece to the atl zoo tomorrow, should be interesting.
If porn has taught me anything, it's that your step daughter is obviously smoking hot, wants the D, and the mom will jump in and help when she busts you.
Yeah we move up to coach pitch next year and we'll be splitting the Young Guns. Thinking next year we'll be the .45s
So the wife's induction got moved back to this coming Thursday (the 11th). However, doc said on Wednesday that she is measuring at 42 weeks (holy shit) and it should be any day. So the past 3 days have been me just thinking that any moment it could happen. This waiting game is crazy. My wife is handling it like a champ though. She put in 10 hours days this week, works on her feet all day. Not sure how she does it.
This type of porn has really helped me bridge the gap between my barely legal days of my teen years and early twenties and the inevitable transition to milf porn as I head into my thirties.
