It's a Canucks thing not a De Haan thing. The Canucks don't need more LD, they'll need to make even more room if Juolevi and Hughes make the team out of camp. The Canucks already have 7 defensemen signed for next season and Stecher (RFA) will make it 8 when he resigns. I'd definitely take De Haan if a couple D were traded.

Yep I think he'll start out in Utica after having back surgery a few weeks ago and will probably miss training camp. Hopefully he'll be up with the Canucks around December or January.

I don't know why the Wings are signing vets like Green and Vanek. It won't get you to the playoffs and will hurt your chances of drafting in the top 3.
Well coburn has experience on the right side and he’s only making 3.8 so hopefully teams are lined up to give us a 7th rd pick or their worst prospect for him.
