You can bring whatever over from your previous thread but make sure there is mention of whether tactics would be the same for this oppenent and if so why.

Voting ends in 3 days from thread start time so there is time to wait for tatics and discussion before voting.

I'm going to assume we will both be playing the same formation so it becomes a battle of trying to find a matchup in which either of us can exploit. It will be extremely difficult to attack from the middle because of our base formations. The area of his squad I would look to exploit is the overall lack of pace in the back four, especially on the wings. Spector was terrible as a right back this year and he would most assuredly get a heavy dose of Pedro and Coentrão down his flank on the counter.

His top four is very good, so I've opted to stabilize the back four with Kolo replacing Ream as a starter. Berba will be forced to the bench for the first half, but I expect the attacks to be coming from with wings. Teal's added pace and physicality should suffice on the counter, and on crosses into the box.

    Bunbury

    Pedro Pastore Jesus Navas

    De Rossi Bender

    Coentrão van der Wiel
    Toure Ferdinand

    Adler

Bench: Berbatov, Diarra, Beck, Ream, Borja Valero

At the half Berbatov will sub in for Teal with the rest of the squad remaining the same.

    Berbatov

    Pedro Pastore Jesus Navas

    Bender De Rossi/Borja Valero

    Coentrão van der Wiel
    Toure Ferdinand

    Adler

Bench: Diarra, Beck, Ream, Borja Valero, Bunbury

If losing at the half Borja Valero will step in for De Rossi, and will be expected to play as a deep playmaker looping balls over the top to Pedro and Navas.

If losing in the 75th minute Valero will slide up even further with Diarra checking in for Bender to play a more centralized defensive mid.

    Berbatov

    Pedro Jesus Navas
    Pastore Borja Valero

    Diarra

    Coentrão van der Wiel
    Toure Ferdinand

    Adler

If winning Diarra will come in for De Rossi at the 65th minute mark.

I think it comes down to beating his slower wing backs and creating chances from the wing. I also think that Modric will find it difficult to operate having one of the d-mids draped on him at all times. Pastore will be in the same position but is a more dangerous goal scorer, and will have the added benefit of the d-mids having to help the barrage on the wings. Goals will be hard to come by. I like my attackers vs. his defense, more than I am worried about his against mine.
