Thought it was okay It’s obvious they expanded the character customization options as a Trojan horse for loot boxes and microtransactions
I don’t like in mission chests. I think it should be after completion rewards for everything. Looking for them is the only complaint I have so far and it’s not even like their hard to find
Pretty much sticking with Hulk. I like Iron Man for certain missions but can’t get stay alive with Ms Marvel or Black Widow.
I haven’t unlocked Cap. Can you do that to run random missions? Ironman is basically stormtrance from Anthem
Ok. At the ship hub you can run a bunch of objective based missions and one big final strike type of mission with a final boss but you have to be a level 20 to attempt it.
I’ve tried matchmaking but I’ve never matched with anyone so it uses your other characters at the power level they are for AI during the missions
Hulk is hands down the most fun character. Thor and cap aside, the beta gives you full range to level up and really play as Hulk and it’s everything you could want from a video game. It’s full on every usable Hulk ability from fighting to movement. The same can be said for Ironman and all of the others but Hulk is just too much fun. I think Thor, Hulk and then Cap are going to be the go to. Thor has a ton of potential given what they’ve done with Hulk and Ironman.
How do I do missions after the first harm room demo? Nothing is popping up on my way room menu. The locations are all blank. Am I just dumb?
I haven’t been able to do the level 20 villain strike. I get wrecked on my own and haven’t ever matched with anyone even close to level 20
Mine did that once. I could hit LB/RB to cycle through the locations but couldn’t see the actual map.
I’m gonna be sad as shit when this beta ends. This is a fun game and I almost have a level 20 Hulk. I think you’d have to level all of your characters to 20 to attempt that one mission with AI.
I had fun but I could see how it could become a bit repetitive. I’ll prob buy it just cause I’m not really playing anything right now other than 2K
Same. I had fun with it. I can see how the characters are no where equal and you have a hard time getting in a group because the good players will be taken
Anybody play the full release yet? Interested to see if they improved frame rates at all. The frame rates in the beta were blighttown level bad.
The beta was fun, especially the brief story parts. Interested in the multi stuff to see how that works out. Couldn’t ever get match ups in the beta.
Watching the ACG review now, and it seems they did fix a lot of the frame issues. Not perfect, but still progress. I'll probably end up waiting until an expansion or two comes out that hopefully adds a little better variety to the gameplay loop.
Probably not a bad idea. I finished the main story yesterday. Story was okay but super predictable and had about 90% too much Kamala. Really dipshit idea having the story revolve around her. I played her more throughout then the other characters combined.
I'm saving my "give it a shot" super hero video gaming for when they come out with good on on a VR headset. Only way I could see myself having fun with a superhero game for more than 30 minutes. Last one I played was Arkham Knight and I'm good keeping it that way until VR comes
Loved the Arkham series. Knight would have been a lot better without all the stupid batmobile nonsense. But this game is just not good. Has some solid combat but the rest is pretty weak.
Isn’t there an Iron Man VR? No idea if it’s any good or not. I played the beta of this game and liked it but I agree with a lot of the reviews about how any gear you get doesn’t really do anything special so it’s kinda pointless to grind for
I hated knight because of the batmobile as well. Loved everything else about it though. I broke the second one because I got pissed off at a boss fight.
