Damn, supersim is not nice to FSU once again. I thought I had the game won and simmed a few drives without really paying attention, next thing I know I'm down 32-31 with a minute left and them kicking off. Kicked a last second field goal from 45 or so, it just cleared the crossbar.
Ok so what he did was went to system information, format utility, Format hard disk and that is how he fixed his. There might be some other things you have to click after but I don't want to find out and accidentally reformat mine so you'll have to just guess if there is anything else after that.
all i need to do is bring my ps3 to best buy and they will give me a new one. Thank god for a warranty
#4 Bama takes down #1 Florida. Had pressure on Brantley all night and forced 4 INT's. JULIO dominated early, and the running game dominated late. 48-32 final, but it wasn't that close. UF got a TD on the last play. Defense played really well. 1 TD in garbage time and 1 TD off a pick 6 by UF's DE on a batted ball. Homefield was huge in the game, just like it was for UF last year at their place. Brantley had no time to throw all night. I probably had 8 sacks.
DBL, you are missing out in our dynasty forum. Lewd tried to tell me Nebraska's D can match up athletically with Bama
There were a bunch of CPU assisted turnovers in this game... Fumble on my 17 to start the 2nd half & Bama OLB that jumped 5 yards laterally to pick off a pass to the flats. That being said... the game was close until the beginning of the 4th quarter. I had just picked off Bama & ran it back to their 40. I run Speed option right... right into a CB blitz. Bama CB snagged the pitch & took it to the house. I was moving the ball well, but that play killed me. i went from likely being down 3 or 7 with the momentum to down 17. Brantley was rattled the whole game. DBL put JULIO everywhere on the field. His 1st score was on a RB screen with Julio in the backfield. He trucked my DB & sprinted to the endzone.
It's possible. I owned him last year though. We'll see if he's adjusted to the HUGE advantage that he gave me, but I don't think he knows what it was. If I can stop the deep balls that somehow get caught and run in despite double coverage, I think I control the game again.
i hate that shit, dbl did it on a fucking 3rd and 17 or something like that and he got a TD and if the WR gets ahead of the CB its virtually impossible to knock it down
I don't think there's anything keeping us from doing it... He might have actually gone to JULIO out of the backfield 3-4 times all game, but he was back there quite a few times. Only 2 plays I remember was the one for a TD & another where Julio ran the option, but fumbled the ball.
Yeah he got either 2 or 3 TDs on me with long bombs, two of which got tipped by my DB and then caught. One was like 90 yards on 3rd and 26 with a couple seconds left in the first half.
It'll go something like, Jorts was running undesigned roll outs so it was fair for me to do it and..... like I only did it one time..... no 3 times...... well sometimes they line Julio up in the backfield..... wait..... that wasn't even Julio...... that was Trent Richardson they switched numbers.....
It could have been a pitch, but I'm pretty sure it was an option... You can look at the stats form the game & see the result.
Except that everyone in the league that has played against me knows I play straight up. I kept JESUS in the pocket & threw the ball last season.
It wasn't an option. It was 4 wide, with Julio at RB. He ran an off-tackle play, exactly like he did vs VT out of the WildTide. He also lined up at TE in that game on 3rd and short.
Explain what? Julio lined up in the backfield next to the QB in the gun (which is what I did) a few times last year. He will this year as well. They move him all over.
Umm, yea. They ran it about a dozen times the other night. Ingram in the gun, McElroy out wide, with Julio coming in motion. Hell, they opened the game with it. It's a zone read with Ingram and Julio. Ingram ran it all but once, but he did give it to Julio once.
that's completely different than what you ran, I don't care if you run the WR Jet, becuase that's an actual play, but if JULIO was coming in motion to get it, that's completely different than what you did
If I'm not mistaken, against VT Bama always had JULIO running around end, never set up in the backfield. I could be wrong on this though, I got up a few times and may have missed it. I didn't see JULIO get a carry in the game, but if DBL says he did, I trust that.
He was always going off end, which is what he did in the game. It was a HB power sweep, not a dive or anything. JULIO just lined up next to the QB instead of motioning across. He did run it once vs VT. The CB came up and made a good hit for a loss of 1.
This isn't sour grapes on my part at all... you beat me. But I think that Julio has no business in the backfield in this game. any changes to formations should be limited to the ones allowed within the game. For example I have the option of swapping Thompson/Rainey for Brantley in the Wildcat formation in UF's playbook.
If anyone, including Jorts, has a huge issue with me putting JULIO next to the QB a couple times in gun, I'll replay the game. He has done it in real life, but not often. It's whatever, though. Not trying to cause a shit storm.
That's all I did. It's a package option in my spread shotgun formation. I didn't change it on the depth chart or anything. That's the only formation I have that allows me to put him back there, I think.
Now I know you're lying. NOBODY tackles the JULIO, HE simply decides to fall sometimes to make the game fair. To imply that a CB can make a good hit and get the JULIO when HE doest not wish it is beyond blasphemous. I hereby call for your banishment from the boards.
