Yeah no doubt, not quite sure why he didn't. I would have to get another look at it but maybe he didn't get it under control enough.
It is his fault either way. His first booking was completely justified and the second one could be interpreted either way. Nobody's fault but his own.
I haven't got a chance to watch a whole lot of Liverpool so far this season, but it's a shame that you guys don't use Carroll the way you should. Good point today though, had chances to get 3, but that's how it goes unfortunately.
Adam and Lucas were class today. Henderson out of position and downing doing absolutely nothing is killing us. We still have the same problem we had last year.
He's a little wreckless defending but his distribution in the past two games has been great. It's sad that our fullbacks are a bigger attacking threat than our wingers.
He made a great pass to Johnson versus Chelsea but other than that I haven't seen much great distribution. He's hit a few passes when he has time on the ball out wide but I haven't any great passes off of the dribble that get players involved. He looked pitiful trying to get back to guard Silva when Reina kept Silva from scoring.
Ill take that result. Its crazy that we have to play Chelsea in 2 days. I know its a shit trophy but I would have liked to won it.

Rumors are starting up now for January, supposedly we put in a bid for Lucas Moura. I would if it comes true.
If Lucas leiva brought lucas moura to anfield he move to god tier in my book (eventhough he's pretty much almost there)
I wonder how different the lineup will be today. I'm thinking: ---------Reina-------- Kelly--Carra--Coates--Aurelio -----Spearing--Lucas----- Bellamy---Henderson---Maxi -----------Carroll----------- Sucks that we didn't get another day's rest but at least we don't play Fulham till Monday
Just got home but cant find a link to watch the end...Anyone got one? Apparently atdhe doesnt work for me anymore.
Maxi!!! He just can't stop scoring. Really hope Lucas is alright. Glad for Kelly to get his first Liverpool goal. Lucas - Spearing > Lucas - Adam.
Coates was a beast at the back, rock solid all day. Outside of the missed PK, Carroll played well. Lucas's injury didn't look too bad, but will be surprised if he doesn't miss some time.
