The only times I think suiciding for a kill is acceptable are when you secure first blood (it's worth 100 extra gold for the kill and each assist) and it gets a teammate an assist, or if it secures an objective for a certainty (dragon, baron, a tower, ect.).

Here is a quick rundown of LoL from my experience (not sure if it has been discussed): If you are laning against a carry (look at the carry category on the champion page) play 10x more conservative. Here is the key to this game (even more so in ranked)....Do not feed the carry = win 9 times out of 10. If you can bruise down a carry in lane and limit their CS then you are awesome. 3 super important things: MAP AWARNESS - look at your map constantly to check for CVs (support will do these) and potential ganks STAY TOGETHER AFTER 30 - 30 is the magic number, once the game hits 30 minutes, then a jungler and carry is built (if they have a brain). team fights need to start around 25 minutes so try not to split up after 30 unless the team decides to do a split push. If you play against a tryndamere (fag), caitlin, twitch, nidalee, or jax then you need to try your best to win before 30. they get really stupid when they are built CALL MIAs - seriously the most important form of communication in the game. If an enemy in your lane walks up/down the river towards mid, or if they aren't in your sight for 30 seconds or more. then call MIA. (Ex. Bot Mia). This lets other lanes konw that they may get ganked and to play conservative. Once the MIA player returns to your lane, simply type "Re" Also, here is a run down on how ranked play is laid out...if you play this way in normal you will win almost every game (I haven't lost a normal in 15 games.) It is really hard to get a PuG to play this so group up with friends if possible. 5 players (as well as my favorites) 1 Solo Top (Yorick, Nasus, Irelia [boss], Pantheon) 1 Mid (Karthaus [God Mode ult], Ahri, Malzhar, Kennan, Brand) 1 Jungle (Skarner, Rammus, Shaco, Xin Zhao, Shvyana) 1 Bot AD Carry (Vayne, Caitlin, Graves, Corki) 1 Bot Support (Sona, Alistar) Play a setup like this in normal and I guarantee you will win at least 75% of the time. Get use to it now....bc this is the only way to play successfully in ranked imo You need to have amazing map awareness to jungle. you need to be available to gank at any time a lane needs it. Ganks = many early game kills = victory If you play bot support DO NOT kill minions.....at all. Get with me if you want to play support and I'll tell you how. Just remember, your spec as support gets you extra gold so you give all of the minion kills to your AD carry so they can.....carry. TL;DR - Read it anyway Let me know if you have any questions about a character or anything in the game.
This only applies if your carry is capable of last hitting everything, if there are minions that you have a good feeling that your carry won't get to.. Blast away. 80% of the time, your carry isn't going to be good enough to last hit every creep. There is no reason to let that gold go to waste. You should know that this is especially true with Sona (my 2nd most played champ), if she gets a few cs here and there, she's unstoppable
I'll CS if my carry is gone, but other than that I try not to take any. Well, that is if I'm with the carry on my ranked team. Lately in Solo, Duo queue I've been getting stuck with idiots
Just went 15-3-14 with Mummy. Really like the guy, but late game gets a little reliant on your teammates to kill while you hold guys. Mid game raped shit though

Yeah, not to mention the guy is a huge faggot. Scarra is gonna start streaming after IEM kiev I heard. Looking forward to that as I prefer playing AP carry, but all the good ones that stream are unbearable. I liked watching Reginald before he turned into some sideshow persona.
gp would be fine without a mouse because its just q and click for most of his damage. skillshotting would be real hard tho without a mouse.
