Hopefully she doesn’t get too much more work done. She still looks good but might go to far down the rabbit hole
I was thinking the same thing, still very attractive but you can see some work is being done and hopefully she doesn’t go full plastic on us and ruin it. Still one of my all time top 5 hotties.
Based on the way her face looks in that most recent IG post posted on here, looks like she may have jumped the shark in that regard
I can still see it if I click on the link. She’s wearing a sweatshirt with knitted nipples on it and is pinching them.
Yeah she was also in the comments responding to people saying shit about her trying to hard and was citing some mental health stuff
Yep. She went through a flurry of posting tons of modeling and photos over the last week and looks like last night went through and deleted all of them.
when you build entire industries based on the principle that "old = less than" and start pushing people out of work based on that notion, this is the result you get. we struggle immensely as a species to let people, especially women, age gracefully. I started going gray in my very late 20s and now a decade or so later I've got the full salt and pepper thing going on but because I'm a man I get positive comments and skate by. a woman in the same scenario would get crucified for it and would be shamed into spending thousands over the coming decades coloring her hair until her age makes it more "permissible" to be gray. and that's just a normal woman in a normal setting. for someone like Kate things are magnified a thousand times over.
I am 38 and for a few years now I have had the hereditary prominent white streak in the front of my hair (plus some other grays now mixed in, primarily on the temples) that my mom and her dad had, and I just let it serve as my hair part. My sister who is 5 years older also has one and has for some years. But she colors hers because the stylist told her it doesn’t matter how good you make it look, it will instantly make people think that her age begins with a 5. So until she’s actually 50 she plans to color it. Another factor to consider for Kate is that she is one of the rare Hollywood stars that was always said to look better at 45 than she did at 35, and better at 35 than she did at 25. That kind of pressure to continue to not just maintain her looks but continue to improve upon them has to be a big part of the miserable world she has found herself in now.
People willing to look like the same weird plastic mold freak show of a face just to appear younger will never cease to amaze me.
Kate says she’s having a mental health crisis and deleted half her IG and this thread decided this is the day we shame harder
I started going grey around the same time and I went to a salon to get my hair dyed because I couldn’t handle it. My point is that I really think it depends on a bunch of stuff. Men do get held to a different standard, but we also get held to a standard with things outside our control such as height, baldness build etc
