I’m from Cleveland, Mississippi, but we moved to Houston when I was 8. I graduated from there, though.

 

Apologies, I was at work and just trying to get it typed out lol.

 

Got the call for the first time, don't live in that county anymore. Wife got it two days later, seems as though a bunch of our friends did too, must be the season?

 

I’m in the pool this week. Just checked and it said check in again at 5 PM tomorrow.

 

This is months old now but god damn did I enjoy the shit out of this post.

 

I was selected to go a few years back but they settled the case morning of, so got the day off work (normal pay from work) then went to the golf course and drank my ass off with the prosecution lawyer who settled the case.

 

Damn it. I have to report at 7:45. I hope someone brings KFC.

True story, I just received a summons for the Southern District of New York for May 8th. Lower Manhattan court too.

Apparently we can still get summoned for these things

 

I got selected but it shouldn’t take more than a few days.
